This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

très bon séjour dans le studio appartenant à Ray qui est bien équipé et moderne Ray est par ailleurs un hôte très sympathique et serviable . l'endroit est calme et bien desservi par les transports individuels ou collectifs. il est également très proche des nombreux restaurants et comme rces.

The price is affordable for an experience that is worth the wait. The host is kind and we love the jakuzzi and videoke.

Gracy is very responsive. No difficulty whatsoever in terms of instructions and queries.

Great stay, right off the main road so easy to access with public transport. Lots of restaurants nearby!

Still the best place to stay in Mauban. We were lucky enough to book this upper floor after our check-in with Arvin's other listing. Would recommend Arvin to other travelers.

Super nice po ng place especially if galing kayo sa Kamay ni Hesus at napagod perfect place to rest. what I also liked is that they have a safe space for parking at Pet-Friendly sila for my fur baby. ♥️

Improvements are needed in a few areas - but no major issues encountered. Still, we enjoyed our stay. ☺️

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

The place was nice. We are a family of 8 and there are a lot of rooms and beds. All of the rooms are airconditioned. The jacuzzi was great. Even if we went there when the clubhouse pool was closed (Wednesday), the jacuzzi is readily available and free. There are a lot of tables and chairs too outside. It feels very homey and comfortable. The house is nice. The beach was a good 5-7mins walk. It's not that far and the community is safe. The walking ground is flat and it is not tiring. The beach is nice, there are also free cabannas at the beach. It's peaceful. The check in and out are very flexible because the owner and caretaker is easy to talk to as long as there are no guests after ypur stay, you can extend with a fee. There's also ready drinking water and dispenser for consumption. Thank you again for accommodating us.

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! We stayed at La Prima for an overnight stay but the value we got was definitely more than what we paid for. Starting from the village gate the guards are very courteous when they were assisting us. The unit can easily be located. Check in process is a breeze. Upon entry, the house smelled clean and already felt homey. Bathrooms are clean and the master bedroom is really cozy. The hosts are very responsive with every inquiry that we had. We really loved their place. The minimalist interior is so relaxing and there are no clutter.

Our family had a truly heartwarming Christmas Eve at Casa del Rey in San Juan, Batangas. The place was a perfect blend of comfort and style, making us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We're so grateful for their hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

Just got home from a truly wonderful weekend at Wayan House. Everything in the house is high quality and immaculate. The pool, dining and kitchen area are so well designed and it was such a great place to celebrate my birthday. We were lucky enough to extend our stay and will certainly be back in the future - thank you and see you again soon!

As a book lover, this place is 100% for me. Wish I can stay longer and read a lot more books. Also sobrang bait ng owner, hindi mahirap kausap, understanding at super professional. Super aliwalas ng bahay and magaan sa feeling marerelax ka talaga parang mas bet ko na lang wag gumala magstay na lang sa house. Super recommended ❤️

Worth the price since it's our first time visiting lucban . Walking distance sa bilihan and and most nagustuhan ko is the shower heater then near sa church . Mabait din ung anak inasist kami during the parking sa tapat lng but park at your own risks but overall good sya at affordable.Surely, visit soon! 😉🤗
