Good for a night stay. Though the streets are not properly lighted especially coming back at dark hours. Generally the place is quite.

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

TRUE HOME away from home! ✨🏡 We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were able to relax and celebrate my birthday. 🎉 Good laughs, good foods and memories as a family. Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! She’s responsive, very kind and helpful making sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for your home and for such a wonderful experience. Had a great time at Moonlight Cabin. There's a short muddy uphill trail going to the place but it's definitely passable by any vehicle when dry. The caretaker can be easily contacted and is trustworthy. Didn't encounter any problem checking in and out. Will definitely come back and invite other friends or family over next time.

We'll definitely be coming back—one night here just wasn’t enough! The place is super beautiful, and you really feel close to nature since you’re actually staying on a working farm. It’s private and cozy, and the whole unit is yours for the entire stay. Ms. Sarah (the co-host and the host’s mom) was really nice, super accommodating, and easy to chat with. Mr. Helper (sorry, forgot his name!) was great too—he helped us out with a few things we forgot to bring. My partner and I had a great time doing some BBQ, shooting hoops on the mini basketball court, and enjoying the pool all to ourselves. The only bummer was we didn’t get to do the bonfire since it unexpectedly rained that night. Hopefully we can book this again in October for our anniversary. Thanks so much for the awesome stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive and made the booking process seamless. The space was clean, relaxing, and exactly what we needed for a getaway. We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!

We had a lovely stay at Tanya's place. We really enjoyed the pool and there was enough space for a large number of guests. It was also easy to find using Waze. We experienced minor hiccups such as a later check-in as the place was not yet ready when we arrived 5 minutes before check-in time. There was also a delay in serving merienda and drinking water. However, the overall service was good and the resident caretaker was very apologetic. They made it up with the quality of the food we ordered. We especially loved the lomi, okoy, and pugon roasted chicken. We also appreciate that there was a massage service being offered. Both food and massage need to be ordered/booked in advance. Tanya's place is perfect for those seeking quiet and peace with friends and family.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay with the family! The place was very serene—perfect for unwinding and escaping the busy city. The entire property is well maintained, with lots of amenities to enjoy. The pool was massive and great for both kids and adults. They also have a Karaoke in their place so we had a lot of fun especially my mom and kids. We highly recommend renting the golf car—our children had so much fun exploring the farm! The diner on-site was amazing, and the overall vibe made the whole experience feel like a peaceful retreat. Just a quick tip: bring your own drinking water, and when you arrive, ask the staff where “Kanluran” is so you can find the location right away. Would definitely come back again soon. A great escape for families!

We recently had our stay at **Dikub Farm House** — and you know what, *ma men?!* Tama lahat ng reviews dito — it *exceeds expectations*! Yung bukid life na pinapangarap mo? Mae-experience mo dito. The breathtaking view of **Mt. Malarayat** and the rice field scenery? *Grabe. Sobrang ganda.* The tranquility and peace of mind? Unmatched. But more than the view, it’s the people that make the place truly special. **Mam Ghenny**, the owner, is incredibly kind and accommodating — *dabest talaga!* And please, bigyan niyo na po ng dagdag sahod si **Kuya Junnie** — super bait, always smiling, hardworking, and laging handang tumulong kahit kami na ang nahihiya. *Grabeee!!* **Worth every peso** — the price, the experience, and most of all, the hospitality. Highly recommended!

We had a great time! i particularly enjoyed that my Apollo the chow can roam freely around the area unleashed without the fear of having to loose him or be exposed to other dogs since he is not used to it, and can swim in the pool too! The place is nice, needs a little upkeeping but is at par with my expectations. There were 3 rooms but my family and i occupied the big one inside the house since we love to snuggle together and share stories before we sleep during these vacations, but the 2 nipa rooms were also good nevertheless, despite the smell of varnish (not sure if it is varnish). Kitchen has everything you need. Bathrooms are also okay. And most importantly, as someone who loves to go on vacation on rental homes, water supply is great! And no power interruptions during our stay!❤️ We also love the access to the stream. Overall id say it was a great and relaxing stay. thanks to kuya ( i didn't get his name) who assisted us during the entire stay. ❤️

Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms are hotel- like and were beautifully designed. The furnitures are modern and well-kept. It is a kid-friendly place with all the modern amenities that the kids and kids at heart will love. The game room is certainly what the kids would want to go back to. The furniture layout is perfect and is one that encourages bonding. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed at MJ’s place for Father’s Day and it was such a great experience! The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. MJ was super accommodating, would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking for a smooth and relaxing stay in San Pablo.

The place is too good that it was so tempting to extend our stay. Ate, the caretaker on site was also so easy to approach. Just checked out but we’re already planning to go back for our next vacation trip.

Just got home from a truly wonderful weekend at Wayan House. Everything in the house is high quality and immaculate. The pool, dining and kitchen area are so well designed and it was such a great place to celebrate my birthday.
