Located 1500 m from the first beaches, and 2500 m from the center of Cancale, this 100 m2 stone farmhouse, a small family house, is sheltered in the heart of a peaceful and sunny valley, a protected natural area, within a small hamlet in a cul-de-sac organized around a malouinière (old bourgeois building built by the Malouins shipowners), and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Cleaning included, linen at extra cost (see below).

Ideally located for a stopover in Cancale, we will be happy to host you in a typical fisherman's house. Located 50 m from the sea and in the heart of the Port de la Houle, you can enjoy the shops, bars & restaurants, and the famous oyster market. The city center on the heights of Cancale and its food shops are accessible within a kilometer (about a 10-minute walk). Carefully decorated, you will find all the comforts you need during your stay.

From the apartment you will easily reach the Douaniers trails. The 28 m2 apartment includes a living room, a bedroom with double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and the little plus a 5 m2 terrace facing south. Television, but no Wi-Fi (4G is well received).
