The House is impeccable, a new and very clean house, in a privileged location, 100 meters from the beach. The impeccable kitchen, the super clean rooms, a pleasant space,the differential are the 3 air-connected ones that worked perfectly, 2 bikes available( my son loved), the clean pool, a great garage, well-kept outdoor area, the place is wonderful, near quiet neighbors, super calm neighborhood and far from the bustle, the house is safe and come without fear. Host Ana wonderful, quick and super flexible responses, Marcos welcomed us very well and gave us one more thing in the pool, and we did not want to return home, we will return more times... At the time of Checkout, that is, we handed the key to the house to Marcos, we did a thorough cleaning and tried to leave it the same way we found...

Whenever I go to Ilha Comprida, I prefer to stay at the place of Augusto Cesar, great host, gentle and excellent space and all organized. I love staying there, a large garden that the Pets love. I highly recommend it for sure.

The house is even better in person than the photos, has a large yard with grass and hammocks on the balcony, the house is well equipped with cookware, the wifi worked well, just around the corner of the house there is a grocery store with all the most necessary items, by car it takes 3 minutes to the beach and local commerce, so it's also super easy to walk. I was in 4 people, but the house accommodates more people for sure, had a double bed, two single beds and two single mattresses. Juliana is very helpful and flexible at check-in, I would highly recommend the house.

I had to check in the night on short notice, but the hostess responded quickly, was kind and everything went well. I didn't end up seeing in the description that the place has no bedding and I didn't take it, but I spoke to the host and she arranged it quickly at no extra cost. The place is very close to the beach. I thought it was a good cost-benefit and enjoyed how we were served and received. We'll probably be back!

All amazing from beginning to end. Our hosts were very kind throughout the period from booking to the delivery of the keys, they recommended us local services that were differentiating so that we could make the most of our stay. The apartment is extremely comfortable and cozy, our expectations have been positively exceeded in all respects. I appreciate all the kindness and hospitality of Eliane and Viviane who are caring gentle and very available to make the stay enjoyable. We had an excellent stay. Apartment with ceiling fans. Everything was clean and organized, new furniture and mattresses. Condominium actually located on the waterfront, just across the preservation area on the sand.
