This totally independent unit benefits from a clear view of the surrounding countryside, its refined decoration calls for calm and rest. Our vaulted cellar in exposed stone and rock is located in the center of Coutances. It consists of a room with a bathroom. 40 m2 garden. Quiet and warm. Cottage in the center of the Manche: 10 minutes from the sea. 1 hr from Mont-Saint-Michel. 1 hour from the D-Day Landing beaches. The cellar is below a stone house being renovated.
