We are in the heart of Les Guilleries, at 950 m altitude in a "Protected Natural Space". It's a great place to rest and do activities. It is a restored farmhouse, with cozy, updated spaces and a rustic air. The environment allows you to isolate yourself from the world, (9 km of forest track in good condition). The nearest urban centre is 18 km away, but it is also close to interesting places to visit (historical, cultural, gastronomic...). The meadow is an extension of the apartment.

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the rehabilitation has resulted in an apartment attached to a pool and an attached two-story house. We are located in Ogassa, a town with a great history since coal was extracted from its mines in the middle of the century.
