Antônio was excellent! He took care of organizing and arranging everything in advance, super attentive and meticulous, informed details, monitored arrival, always attentive and helpful. He even stored our luggage while we visited nearby cities. I highly recommend it!

Rocío's apartment is very comfortable. It is very well distributed and despite being a small space you do not feel cramped in it. It matches the photos in the ad, everything is very clean and all the elements work without a problem. The location is also good. Very quiet area within the Carabanchel neighborhood and you can get to the center of Madrid very quickly from the Vista Alegre Station. Rocío is very kind and makes sure that everything goes well during the stay.

This is an unbelievable apartment in a brilliant neighbourhood. The balcony is amazing with a great view of Casa de Campo, sunsets and the swifts flying between the buildings. It’s a little expensive, but it’s well worth it

We were very comfortable in the apartment. Although there are two nightclubs nearby, they do not bother at all, it is a quiet neighborhood and is very close to metro line 3. It's a small but comfortable place, with everything you need. Everything is also perfectly clean. Lola has been a very kind and attentive host.

If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces all very well equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

The house is a short walk from the Plaza Mayor, it is cool when it is already hot outside and it is very well equipped. The instructions received to access the house are very complete, there is free parking just a few minutes away and the recommendations about Chinchón and its surroundings, which they provide, are very much appreciated, and even more so that they allow you to stay with your pets. Highly recommended!!

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
