Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

As first time visitors to Madrid, I felt like Nuria’s place was close to everything we wanted to see and do. It’s close to the palace, Retiro park, Gran Via, etc… it’s also a few steps to the metro station if you want to venture further out of town(we did a day trip to Segovia). I would stay there again if I come back to Madrid.

Monaro é uma excelente anfitriã, nos respondia sempre rapidamente quando precisei. O apartamento é muito confortável, as toalhas e a roupa de cama são ótimas. A cozinha é muito bem equipada, aparelhos novos. Chuveiro ótimo. Localização perfeita para quem quer ficar na Gran Via, ao lado dos melhores teatros e restaurantes.

El apartamento de Rocío es muy cómodo. Está muy bien distribuido y a pesar de ser un espacio pequeño no te sientes apretado en él. Coincide con las fotos del anuncio, todo muy limpio y todos los elementos funcionan sin problema. La ubicación también es buena. Zona muy tranquila dentro del barrio de Carabanchel y se llega muy rápido al centro de Madrid desde la Estación Vista Alegre. Rocío es muy amable y está pendiente de que todo vaya bien durante la estancia.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Unterkunft und waren top zufrieden. Alles war genau so wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wir konnten sogar 3h früher in die Unterkunft, dass haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Kommunikation lief sehr einfach und schnell ab. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Excelente alojamiento, moderno, impecable, completo con todas las comodidades, un vecindario muy agradable, una zona muy tradicional, con muchas tiendas, restaurantes, cerca de varios puntos para tomar el Metro, y de varias zonas importantes de la ciudad. Los anfitriones muy proactivos y con rápida respuesta. Sin duda volveremos.

Piscine privée et piscine de l immeuble, salle de sport , parking , 2 superbes terrasses le tout très bien équipé enfin un véritable Airbnb de qualité ! Ramon nous a donné d excellentes adresses pour déjeuner en attendant l heure d arrivée, a été arrangeant pour nous laisser partir un peu plus tard ! Nous comptons bien revenir très vite

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

La Casa está muy cerca caminando de la Plaza Mayor, es fresca cuando fuera ya aprieta el calor y está muy bien equipada. Las instrucciones recibidas para acceder a la casa, son muy completas, hay un parking gratuito a sólo unos minutos y las recomendaciones sobre Chinchón y su entorno, que te proporcionan, se agradecen mucho, y más todavía que te permitan alojarte con tus mascotas. Muy Recomendable!!.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in quiet spot just around the corner from all Madrid has to offer. Close to restaurants and bars and key sites. The apartment is comfortable with excellent air conditioning and good amenities. Nicely decorated.

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
