Our comfortable 50m2 apartment is located in the neighborhood of San Isidro in the populous district of Carabanchel, on the south-western outskirts of Madrid. Enjoy Madrid away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist center in a popular, diverse and charming area for those seeking authenticity. It takes about half an hour to reach the tourist center of the city by bus or metro. With capacity for up to 3 people, here you'll find everything you may need for an extraordinary stay in the city.

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
