Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Camp de Túria

Excellent place, fully equipped. 2 clean bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms, large living space and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bonus of washing machine, dryer and iron. All cleaning products provided so we could keep the apartment clean and tidy. Loads of extra bedding and towels provided. Excellent location, walking distance to Ciudad de las Artes Las Ciencias. Bus stop to all locations outside apartment. Plenty of local restaurants and places to purchase groceries within walking distance. The swimming pool was clean and greatly appreciated. Private and not at all busy. Many times it was just our family using it. We highly recommend this apartment. It was perfect for our family!

We slept 4 nights in Ilaria's appartement, just 10 minutes away from the Torres de Serranos. Everything was fine, the appartement was very clean and had all the equipment one needs to have a relaxed stay including an anti-hair-frizz treatment box;) very nice for the ladies! There is an espresso coffe machine with coffe pads already there and a little balcony to watch the local scene going on which was very authentic and we liked it. The historic centre is right across the bridge, only 10 min. walking distance. Although the appartment is located in an appartment block with other flats, it was very quiet and we had a nice sleep. We can recommend Ilarias appartement and the beautiful city Valencia with it's historic centre but also the modern part close to the ocean. Hope to see you soon! Silvia, Oskar + Ines.

Todo excelente , la atención del señor juan marcos es muy amable , el lugar queda en todo el centro, el dinero que retiene al otro día me fue devuelto, lo único yo le pondría un aire acondicionado de resto todo bien

We had a great time during our stay in the apartment. It’s right next to the cathedral, in the middle if the old town and only a short walk to metro station Colon from where you can reach the airport. The apartment was clean and lovely, we had everything we needed. You had to get used to reaching the bed because of the stairs but nothing you can’t handle. If you would like to cook in the apartment, salt an pepper and some oil would’ve been missing, but as we didn’t plan doing so, we weren’t missing anything. Thank you for the uncomplicated check in and communication, we would always come back! 😊

Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf in dit gezellige appartementje in Valencia. De ligging is werkelijk ideaal – centraal in de stad, waardoor je gemakkelijk alles te voet kunt verkennen. Het appartement zelf is zeer praktisch ingericht en alles is precies zoals op de foto’s – geen verrassingen, gewoon eerlijk en verzorgd. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf is aanwezig. Ondanks de nabijheid van de kathedraal ben ik geen enkele keer wakker geworden van de klokken, wat me positief verraste. Kortom: een charmante plek, perfect gelegen, met een fijne balans tussen comfort en sfeer. Zeker een aanrader voor wie Valencia wil beleven vanuit het hart van de stad.

Квартира потрясающая, оформленная в стиле лофт. Двухэтажные аппартаменты с террасой, где можно загорать на солнце. Интерьер продуман до мелочей, отличные ванные комнаты, удобная лестница для подъема на 2 этаж квартиры, есть паркинг, расположение идеальное! Единственный минус - это вторая комната, которой нет на фото. Точнее есть фото одной кровати. Это раздвижная кровать, которая превращается в двухэтажную кровать. Спать вдвоем не очень удобно, ощущение, будто едешь в поезде. Сама хозяйка очаровательная, дала инструкцию о лучших местах Валенсии, все показала и рассказала, пунктуально встретила

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment, walking distance to the beach, and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants near by. Supermarkets close by as well. Easy public transport links into the city centre. The apartment is really well-equipped, and well-maintained. Communication with Olga was timely and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay in the studio apartment and had everything we needed. Great walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. The property was clean and exactly as described, we were lucky to have early check-in that really made a difference. Would def recommend staying.

Muy buen lugar, cómodo y limpio. La ubicación es excelente para salir a caminar y conocer el centro. Hay buenos restaurantes en el área y el mercado está a pocas cuadras. Fue una buena estancia de 4 días.

Just stayed one night here after a long hike around Chulilla. Great apartment with everything you need. Silvia was very helpful. Great restaurant opposite the apartment for a great home cooked breakfast.

Me ha encantado el apartamento. Se siente en casa y tienes todo lo necesario para estar cómodo! Está tal cual como en las fotos! El cafe y la cafetera un toque muy bonito :) Lo recomiendo 100%! Gracias Rubem!

Hemos pasado 3 noches. todo muy limpio, ordenado y moderno. me he sentido en casa. el unico pero ha sido el piso de enfrente, 4B, la ultima noche han estado de fiesta, pegando voces, pegando portazos...no he podido pegar ojo hasta que se han cansado a las 5 de la mañana.

El alojamiento es precioso, no le faltaba nada, muy limpio y muy buena ubicación. La atención ha sido extraordinaria, la anfitriona muy atenta y ante cualquier duda la respuesta ha sido muy rápida. Volvería a repetir y lo recomiendo.

Great location, safe, walkable to everything. Plenty of space for family of 4 (could have had more and still had room). Pictures show the place well. Definitely recommend!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement! En groot voordeel is het ruime dak terras. We hadden het tijdens onze dag voor ons zelf. Het ligt centraal en is zeker een wandeling waard door de stad. Beneden vóór de deur is een leuk restaurant waar je tegen een goede prijs heerlijk kunt eten. Wij raden deze plek aan!

Mooi appartement dat voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Met Andrés (host) fijn contact onderhouden, hij stuurde ons ook nog mooie tips door.
