The outdoor area also has covered porches with 2 separate areas with dining-room and a lovely lounge and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. It is located 2 km from ÇALIŞ beach and 18 km from ÖLÜDENİZ Beach. It is 100 meters from corporate markets and 300 meters from restaurants and cafes. All kinds of transportation vehicles (minibuses, taxis, etc.) pass in front of our villa. It is a location where you can spend time with your family and have fun. Our villa is built in 2024 and complies with all zoning and EARTHQUAKE REGULATIONS.
