All kitchen utensils are available. There is a covered, free car park. It is only 8-10 minutes by car to Fethiye city centre, Çalış Beach and Kordon. The grocery stores and bus stop are within walking distance. The garden and house are for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a seating area for 6 people on the terrace and a seating area for 8 people in the garden, as well as a barbecue.

The restoration/renovation of the house was completed in October 2022, it was furnished with great care and elegance. A combination of 2 apartments, also used independently, at a central point. You can't drive into the street. You climb 80 steps to the house. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.
