There are Şok, Bim, A101, liquor stores and restaurants, pizzerias and doner shops within 50-100 meters. It is a quiet, spacious and comfortable apartment where 6+2 people can comfortably stay within a 1-minute walk to the main street and minibus stops. It has a private parking lot and a large garden. There are 3 rooms with 2 double and 2 single pocket spring beds and a large 1 living room kitchen, 1 normal 1 master bathroom.

The rooms have 2 double beds and 4 single beds. There are 12,000 air conditioners in each room. The pool dimensions are 8 metres by 4 metres, making it 32 square metres. These are two identical villas and are suitable for large groups.
