Small apartment that has what you need. Clean. Felt safe. A good place for the price but not a place to do much more than sleep and refresh. I would stay there again if I needed a place to stay for a short time

We really enjoyed our stay! The listing was exactly as described. The patio was my favorite part, it was nice to have a private outdoor space for morning coffee with a book. A TV in each room was great, my kids loved each having their own TV! We never had any problems with parking which was nice in a place like Philadelphia where parking can be tricky, and we were within walking distance to several restaurants when we wanted to get a few extra steps in. The park right around the corner was great for the kids to play, and the snacks were a great surprise to give us something to munch on until we got groceries. We were also able to order things on Amazon that we needed while we were visiting and had them delivered very quickly with no delivery issues. Asha was a great host and responded to us very quickly. We’ll definitely book again if we come back to the area!

Tia was an amazing host and very supportive and helpful, always available for questions and concerns as I was nervous due to this being my first time using Air bnb with myself booking it. Tia was kind and gracious. Whether it be on the phone or on message. Her place was clean and suited my needs. She gave many recommendations of places nearby and food to try while I was in the area. Very close to downtown. I will definitely like to rent from her again and hope she will be willing to rent to me again.

Natalia’s place and support were great ! All around good , pictures matched the place , felt cute and comfy and was enough space to move around . she was easy to get in touch with and was helpful throughout the whole stay ! I would definitely book again !💕

This place is a home away from home most especially the manager he took care of all of our needs every time we needed him he is ready in no time

The house was just as described and like in the pictures. Muhammed was a pleasure to work with and he was very responsive and gracious. Would definitely book again if the need arises. The house was perfect for our needs with the locations of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a mixture of different generations and it worked out perfectly for us.

I was in the area for a event and this place was very close to it. The house was as described in the listing and in the pictures. The kitchen, while I didn’t use it was very well stocked with anything you could need.

Lydia was a lovely host. She left clear instructions and provided exactly what was advertised. Her house was clean and spacious, and had a beautiful backyard. Lydia provided both reusable and disposable dishware, bathroom supplies, and lots of extra towels and pillows. We had a great stay and would definitely come again.

House was very spacious. It had everything we needed. I was nicely impressed by the stocked supplies in kitchen if needed . The house made us feel comfortable and we were able to stay under one roof and it not cost us an arm and leg! Thank you for supplying the xtra fan when we needed xtra air! I enjoyed my time at the property and wished I could've stayed longer. It was spacious enough for my family and I & it was located in a good area. Alonzo was a very gracious and accommodating host which I appreciated.

This was the third time my family and I stayed at Albert's house, so obviously we all enjoy it very much. We are a large group, and Albert's home is very spacious. We like and appreciate having all the bathrooms, bedrooms, washers and driers and tvs in every bedroom. I do wish the kitchen was a little larger, but the new refrigerator was great, although because it was new I guess, they didn't have the ice-maker connected yet. Since we are such a large group with young children, it would be nice to have a backyard but not a deal breaker. There are parks nearby, and love how close the beach is. There is also plenty of parking, in driveway and street.

Great place to stay. Solid communication with the owner, very nice interior with plenty of space, plus it’s a close drive to anything you would need.
