We loved our stay in Fishtown/Olde Richmond where we celebrated my son's 16th bday w/family & friends. Everyone really enjoyed the gameroom including arcade games & backyard patio. So many positive comments on the modern sleek look & feel of the property. Convenient & walkable neighborhood including il Ghittone for dinner, Stock's Bakery for pound cake, Taconnelli's for pizza (need to reserve your dough) & Lil Susies for bfast. The co-owners Paul & Christian were friendly, responsive, flexible on check in & overall great communicators. Parking was surprisingly available during our weekend. We ventured deeper into Fishtown for cornetto & maritozzi pastry at Fiore's. Picnic in East Kensington for charcuterie/drinks & hit up a few of the neighborhood bars to watch the Phillies. Port Richmond border is close so check out Byrnes Tavern, Bonks & Gaul & Co for the Witkowski. There is a BBQ grill in backyard of property if you want to chill at "home".

This place is awesome. Located right in the middle of the best neighborhood in Philly with access to so much great food, coffee, and shops. The game room was so much fun. The tv room had such a wild design vibe. For some reason I fully expected this to be a large apartment, but was very pleased to find out it was a whole building. Plenty of room for 3 friends to hang out and enjoy the city. We made a few small requests and the host showed up that day to solve them. Very responsive and kind. The only fundamental drawback was the water pressure was bizarre. It was ok if nothing else was using water in the entire place, but if you were showering and anyone ran the water anywhere else, even just the tap in the kitchen sink, the shower water would literally disappear. Just seemed like the pressure was super duper low and could barely handle one task. This did not ruin the experience though. I would stay here again on my next visit.

it's absolutely perfect for a secluded place to stay. house was just what was needed and weirdly perfect lol. it was very clean and there was no problems at all. and as much as it's secluded and surrounded by woods just 5- 10 min away is any kind of store you need. definitely staying here again in the future.👍

Aaron was such a great host, I would recommend his place to anyone! My boyfriend and I were looking for an inexpensive place to stay while we were in the area for a wedding and Aaron’s place checked all the boxes and more. It was extremely clean, actually the nicest/homiest Air BnB I’ve stay in. He responded very quickly and introduced himself when we arrived, and even let us know when he was coming and going as we rented out a room in his home. Would stay again!
