Host very responsive and accommodating for special request of an earlier check-in. Home was clean and clutter free.

The pictures did this place no justice. The house is nicer than pictured. It’s actually a one bedroom apartment on the side with the master bedroom. Plenty of sleeping and relaxing space inside. The outside was nice and spacious as well.

We had a great stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great place, the house was very close to restaurants, fast food and shopping. Rooms are big and have a lot of space which is nice! Kim is very responsive and try her best to resolve problems as quickly as she can. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet my family enjoyed the stay there!

Big comfortable home that's very convenient. Ideal for all our needs. Hosts were friendly and on top of things. We would stay again if visiting the area in the future.

Being located near Fishtown has a lot of appeal. The bedroom with the king bed on the top floor is very spacious and features its own bathroom. The outdoor area is vibrant and colorful due to the mural and is enclosed, making it a great space for families with children. If you arrive on a weekday at 4:00 PM, there is on-street parking available close to the house. However, finding parking on weekends may be more challenging. Please be aware that the surrounding area is still undergoing revitalization, so some areas may not be safe for walking. It’s important to exercise caution and be smart about your surroundings.

Sean was absolutely incredible! Due to an unexpected issue with our previous stay, we had to book last minute—and he welcomed us without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property itself is stunning—serene, safe, and beautifully maintained. Five stars all around!

We came to Cindy’s place for a High School graduation. It was an easy 18 minute commute to Lawrenceville. The house accommodated our party. There was lots of room for our 10 guest in the house, Great kitchen to cook in. The yard was big and spacious. Areas to throw a football, kids to play on the playground and area for adults to gather at the pool and cabana. Communication and check in was all easy.

Krista’s home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. She was responsive to all needs such as adjusting the temperature because at times the house was very cold. She also was very flexible. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Seckou was an amazing host. He was very responsive to my questions. The apartment is exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable, I felt right at home. I love the showers as well, they have cool spray heads for your back. Seckou checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed or if there was anything he could do for us to make our stay more comfortable. I really appreciated that. I will definitely book his place again the next time I need to go to Philly.

We had a fantastic stay at the Malvern Ave and Nora and the team were fantastic hosts. The amenities at the club house are fantastic. We loved it so much we have rebooked to stay in September.

Cozy place to stay! I appreciate how kind and responsive Albena. I recommend this place and if you have pups 🐶, I recommend to take them to Longport Dog Beach, it’s dog friendly and my pup had so much fun.

Super cute and cozy apartment in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants, and public transport. Very professional hosts. Highly recommended.

The place was cozy and just what we needed to enjoy my sisters wedding! Super close to amenities but secluded enough to feel private.

May's place was perfect for our visit, although I knew the location very well, having lived in the same complex 49 years ago. It was clean, uncluttered, and nicely decorated. Great location for getting to Philadelphia and you're surrounded by good restauraunts within just a couple of miles. And also, there's a beautiful park right across the street. We would definitely stay again when coming to the area.

The street was very quiet and we felt safe walking there in the evening. The house is set up nicely for a couple. The patio area was an extra bonus for the evening with comfortable couch and fireplace. We visit Philadelphia frequently and we will stay with Stacie again if her place is available.

Really nice stay--close to the soccer tournament that brought us to the area, near shops/restaurants, etc. Def large enough for multiple families. Very responsive host.

Me and my girlfriend spent our Memorial Day weekend here together and when it was getting close to check out, we were already planning our next time staying here. We loved our time here, we felt right at home and super cozy. It felt like time flew by super fast because of how much we were enjoying ourselves. Didn’t have any pressing problems minus a strange beeping sound that came from the garage but Sam was quickly able to help me resolve that. The lake view was beautiful and it was nice to see the tide rise and get low as the hours went by. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we’ll definitely book here again for our next weekend getaway!
