St Caprais de Bordeaux is a village that has all amenities (Carrefour, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office).

The barn sleeps 5, was updated in 2021 and has a spacious open plan living area with fitted kitchen & stylish wood stove. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. Extra bed on mezzanine. 18 m² equipped studio located in a former wine estate on the heights of Cambes, 20 km from Bordeaux. The setting is green and private parking is available for your use. The property includes a small theater and performances take place on Friday nights, Saturday nights or Sunday afternoons. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.

15 minutes from the center of Bordeaux, in a quiet and green environment, house (outbuilding) of 42 m2 in a warm and contemporary style. The house includes a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a living/dining room with an extra bed (convertible sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the swimming pool on sunny days. In order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, parties are forbidden. Maximum capacity is 4 people.

Located in our property of more than one hectare on the banks of the Garonne, our guest house, independent, 48 m2, surrounded by trees, facing the pool, offers you calm, charm and serenity. It is pleasant in all seasons. You will be only 15 minutes from the center of Bordeaux and close to many tourist and sports sites and of course the great vineyards. Arcachon Bay and Dune du Pyla are 45 minutes away.

This house is located in our property 15 km from the center of Bordeaux, in the heart of the vineyards. It's a very quiet place, not overlooked but close to the city and the traffic routes. Several guests have told us that the area is a very good base for visiting the area. The rented house (where our children used to live) was completely renovated in 2017. It is equipped with all modern comforts.
