I had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home in St. Margaret’s at Cliffe. The place was spotless upon arrival and immediately felt warm and welcoming. The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to such a breathtaking panorama each morning was a real treat. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything I needed to cook comfortably, and the cozy living room was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. Overall, a fantastic stay — I would definitely love to come back!

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Another lovely stay at the Appartment! We just love it here. Dogs are happy, it's light bright and peaceful. I enjoy the large bed and quality towels and bed linens. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of sofa space to relax on and a kitchen table you can work at. You hear the music from the little bar below but it's not disturbing and not open every day so isn't a problem. Parking is also a very useful thing here. Can't wait to come and stay again!

Lovely place, great location and a fantastic host

Really lovely place in an outbuilding of a beautiful property. The property was private, but close enough to the main house and for visits from their 3 lovely dogs. The place itself was really functionable, with everything you'd need for a nice break away from home inc. kitchen equipment, washing machine, outside sofa etc. We were 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 newborn + grandma and the space was a perfect size for our group. We'd recommend the Ferry Inn for a nice pub meal and the Gusbourne vineyard is definitely worth a visit. There's some lovely countryside on your doorstep too.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The space was airy, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished — everything felt thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, which made morning and evening strolls super convenient. It’s also right next to a bus stop, so getting around was really easy. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway!

Our daughter was very recently diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy. Due to her medication, we were unable to fly, which meant that we had to cancel our planned family trip abroad for her 1st birthday. We found Alex and Lucie’s listing and it seemed almost too good to be true! Somewhere that we could keep our youngest shielded, whilst also giving us a place to give our eldest a real feel of a holiday. The cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept. Everything about it is perfect. Alex and Lucie added additional personal touches, like a hooded towel for the little one and additional pool checks to ensure that she was kept safe, which we appreciated immensely. I’m not sure if it was me or our eldest that had most fun in the pool and the pool toys got plenty of use! We said within a few hours of arriving that we would love to return and we look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you so much for helping us to give our little ones (and us) exactly what was needed!

Great views and flat - second time around for me - suspect there will be a third given it's a such a wonderful weekend escape from London.

It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

I couldnt have asked for a better host. Super friendly, super helpful and very kind. Diedre and Vic were there for everything i needed down to the milk for my tea! Very friendly, very helpful would reccomend. Space is small but homely, thank you for your hosting!

The cabin was perfect for the couple of day's rest and recuperation that my partner and I needed. It is in a very quiet area with a lovely serene outlook. The weather was changeable but we were able to both sit out happily or cosy up indoors if necessary. The cabin was always warm without any need to use the heating. It was also spotless with a lovely hot rainfall shower. We didn't cook as there were lovely options to eat out locally, but the kitchen was well equipped if we'd wanted to. The absence of a TV was as liberating as we'd hoped and meant plenty of time for reading, games, time together and wildlife spotting. The appearance of the very tame local foxes at sundown was a real treat. We had a fantastic reset of our minds and bodies and were sad to leave but happy we'd chosen to stay.

Loved this cosy apartment in beautiful Rye. Located on the high street but very quiet at night and easy to walk everywhere. Very clean and felt just like home. Would have loved to stay longer. A little secret gem in Rye.

I had a really lovely stay! Paul was really responsive over message and flexible in letting me drop luggage and check in early as the flat was ready due to an early check out. The flat is so well stocked and Paul goes above and beyond, supplying bread, milk eggs, cereals etc and the bathroom is stocked with everything you need should you forget anything. Location is very near the train station and St Leonards and Hastings is lovely. I found a lot of things were closed on a Sunday or Monday but there was still a lot to wander around and I loved the peacefulness.

Flat is fabulous, great location, we found it and got in with no trouble. The view is one of the best we have had!! The flat is spacious and very comfortable, great shower, and bath!! All in all a wonderful week away in a lovely home from home .

Lovely flat for a stay in Rye. The location is great, easy walking distance into the town centre. James met me at the flat and had provided milk and water which I appreciated. The flat is well equipped and a little quirky. Would recommend staying there and would certainly return if I am in the area again.

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

Beautiful spotless apartment, with fantastic sea views, all the mod cons and amenities and free parking further down the street. Susan was very friendly, prompt and helpful in her comms. Loved the top floor arrangement with dressing room and walk in shower. Handy folder of pamphlets and takeaway brochures helped us plan our stay.

This was such a lovely flat! Gorgeous view, close to town, seafront and West Cliff. I loved the little balcony and garden at the back, it was a sun trap and so peaceful. The flat is super clean and has everything you need, had the best stay!

Had a lovely stay at Oliver's place. The flat is super nice, comfy and with stunning sea views. It's also close to lots of restaurants and shops. Oliver was also super helpful and accommodating, and sent us lots of really good recommendations. Would definitely stay there again!
