Very characterful place to stay right in the best bit of Hastings Old Town. All amenities worked well, comfort in abundance, all in all a delightful stay.

We are a family of four - 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 2). We had a really tremendous stay and really felt that the Airbnb was even more captivating in person. It was extremely clean, and the amenities were exactly as described - being able to do laundry as a family of four whilst on vacation was very helpful. Anmol was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Anmol was responsive and always offered to provide more information / support / suggestions if we wished. The space felt spacious for our two children to be able to play, either on the floor, or with the Fussball Table. We were in Ramsgate visiting family and friends, and would certainly choose to stay here again. We found the bed options really helpful. Really appreciated that there were tea, coffee and sugar available. Extremely convenient access to the town which is really ideal for our family, walking, getting to the beach and getting groceries.

It was great time I love the place

A really beautiful, clean and centrally located apartment. The hosts had thought about every little detail and made such an effort to welcome us. The kitchen had everything imaginable and the courtyard was a delightful place to sit and drink coffee or have a glass of wine. Details such as Sky tv and Alexa meant we could relax in the evening after a busy day out; the perfect base for a short break away. Thank you, Peter and Janet, we had a wonderful time.

It was a very clean and nice place. We would love to recommend it to everyone. The park is very nice as well, especially the swimming pool. About the host: Anna Maria is a very helpful and nice person.

We had a great time in this apartment! The unit was nice and spacious on the inside and had everything we needed. Great host who was very responsive and accommodating. The place was in a good location a little bit ways out of the city. It was easy to get to orpington station. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a gig at Dreamland . Very handy to walk and lots of bars and restaurants on the way. The complimentary fizz in the fridge got our evening off to a great start.

Really enjoyed our stay at hotel lush. It’s the perfect romantic get away, the cabin/hot tub area was very private and decorated in a romantic fashion, service was great and would deffo visit again.

Deborah's place was great! Very clean and tidy and was really homely. The bed was super comfortable, and already set up TV and netflix made it super easy to relax and have some down time. Very close to town so was able to walk to whatever we needed and some really nice restaurants and other things to do. Overall really happy and would stay again and definitely recommend. 👍

Our experience at Janet's place has been lovely. The flat was just perfect, including everything that is needed. Very short walking distance from the railway station, Gillingham highstreet and 30 driving min to Leeds Castle. Communication was quick, clear and so polite. We would highly recommend Janet's place. Grace’s cozy spot was exactly what I needed after working a couple of days in London. I felt right at home and would curl up on the couch and catch up on my shows and when it was time for bed the space was perfect for relaxing and had some overhead lighting for reading books. The bathroom did take some adjusting since it was tiny but it was just right for me. Also, loved that I could do laundry and enjoy the sound of the rainy weather against the skylights in the living room. There are a couple of shops in walking distance but I didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood and a bus stop right out front if you need to take the bus. Grace was also super accommodating and very communicative and eased any worries or answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

The staying was great in general. The flat has everything we need for the day-to-day. The office space in the living room was great and super useful. Everything is beautifully decorated and organized. The location is very good. Being on a busy road, it's kind of noisy during the day, but it didn't prevent us from sleeping during the night. There's everything around, including restaurants, supermarkets, a mall and 2 nice parks. It's at walking distance from both Bromley train stations, with good connections to London city center. The only downside for me particularly was the bed matress, which is very soft and not good for my back. Finally, Hannah is very helpful and kind. I totally recommend it!

Sonny's place was bright and flooded with light thanks to the unique glass ceiling. The flat is located in the old Bromley Clocktower, a historic building that once housed a science college and had many unique period architectural features. The location is fantastic being only steps away from Bromley North train station, Bromley high street and the Glades shopping center. There are multiple excellent pubs nearby making this a great home base for a pub crawl or Sunday pub lunch. The flat sleeps 6 comfortably in three bedrooms. The location cant be beat if you are visiting the Bromley area as we were.

We had a great stay - ideal location, house was clean and had everything we needed. Fantastic garden, sociable kitchen, very much home from home. The kids loved the outside room and all the games.

We were in Bromley to visit family and Matt’s place was perfect for our family. The sleeping arrangements are comfortable and the living area with full ceiling skylights is a pleasant space to relax. It was nice having a door to seperate the living space from the bedrooms in the early morning and evening while our kids were sleeping.

We absolutely loved our stay at Deerkeepers cottage. It was beautifully decorated with a very high-end luxurious finish. It was spacious yet cosy with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The tennis court was a real treat but the highlight for us were the many varied walks of all lengths and abilities, right from the door. We loved going into the woods spotting the wild deer. We didn't feel the need to venture too far from the cottage but did enjoy some fantastic pub lunches thanks to the recommendations provided. We cannot wait to return to this very special cottage.

The house is as described, large and airy, with doors onto a fabulous garden on several terraced levels. We particularly enjoyed using the basement cinema and the children loved the outside swimming pool. The dining room was great for family meals and boardgames. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and feel very special, and having the ensuite bathrooms is brilliant. Jason was very helpful and very responsive when we messaged him. We had a great week despite some very dodgy weather!

Can’t fault this lovely house. For what we wanted it was perfect, good location, very clean, well equipped and gorgeous views. Great communication when I had a problem with the key (my fault entirely!). We would love to stay again. A slightly later check out would be nice but can’t complain. However following checkout the constant emails and texts from Air BnB to leave a review is just irritating. I’m more than happy to leave a review but I feel like I’ve been bombarded!
