Our luxury & spacious caravan is available to rent located on one of the most quietest locations on Parkdean Camber Sands known as "Millionaires Row". The caravan is a 3 bedroom - one double & 2 single twin bedrooms (the smaller twin room can be made into a small double on request). Beach is only a 7 min walk & the site centre a 4 min walk. There is a separate cloakroom. Dogs that are well behaved are welcome. There is a large decking area overlooking magnificent views with wildlife galore!

Mayfayre - 2 Bed Cottage Beside the Beach

This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area. The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with a tv and bean bags. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

Beach bliss is yours, a minute from Camber Sands , near Medievel Rye, In East Sussex. Our eco friendly house has a shingle and black clapboard finish, Hamptons style. It has an open plan living & kitchen area, with two fridge freezers, two ovens . The landscaped garden is fully equipped for outdoor cooking & dining. All 5 bedrooms (1 in the garden room) are en suite. Parking is for 5 cars & the garden has electrical outlets for the electric George Forman Outdoor Grill.

Beach-front views of Rye Bay, a spacious modern house set above the beach on a private lane. Its four bedrooms enjoy sea views and there's room on the balcony to relax in the morning sun. The second floor Belvedere (lookout) gives extensive views across Rye bay to English Channel. A great base for exploring Hastings, Rye and East Sussex, or simply going to the beach. There are 32 steps up to the house. 7kW EV charger, bring your type 2 cable (pay online per kWh). Pet free.

Our Wellness area is equipped with a log burning sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

It’s the kind of place that works just as well for windswept winter weekends as it does for sunny summer breaks.

Welcome to our idyllic sea-side cottage in Rye Harbour, just down the road from a cosy pub, a village store, and a nature reserve. The nature reserve is ideal for walks and birdwatching, and is home to the Discovery Centre where you can grab a coffee and learn about the area. There are lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants & a winery in Rye town, 5 minutes away by car. The house is also conveniently located for day trips to Winchelsea and Camber Sands.

Barefoot Beach House

Awesome weather boarded beach house on the stunning sandy beach at Camber, East Sussex, under 2 hours from London. Enjoy barefoot beach living in a gorgeous house where the beach is your front garden. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome at £35 per dog per stay. Dogs have free run of the entire beach from October to May. Between May and September you will need to walk 50 metres along from the house to reach the dog friendly section of beach.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.
