We were warmly greeted by Alain and Clair on arrival – they couldn’t have been more welcoming, and their kindness really set the tone for our stay. The setting was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful, a real escape from the hustle and bustle. The highlight for us was sitting and looking out at the river and waterfall right next to the property – the view was stunning and the sound of the water was so soothing. We left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. Highly recommended!

A heavenly stay in an idyllic setting. Logout guaranteed. The sheepfold is beautiful, very well decorated and very clean. It is fully equipped. Nothing is missing. The jacuzzi is perfect and the view is breathtaking. We spent 2 days out of time. A real corner of paradise. Thierry is an exceptional host, very kind and responsive and who provides you with all the practical information for the sheepfold and things to do around. We will be back without hesitation. Very friendly and pleasant host. The accommodation was not lacking in seeing anything even is very well supplied with any basic necessities and accessories; it feels like home. Hot tub and pool are the plus points of the accommodation. Quiet and peaceful environment to recharge your batteries for a week. I'd recommend it without a second thought

The cottage matches the description in every way. The place is peaceful and tranquility awaits, with, in addition, the proximity of Lyon to visit or eat in one of the many restaurants in the city. The jacuzzi is a real plus and well positioned, without overlooking neighbours, with direct view of the trees to relax in peace. We had a great stay and Marie advised us on activities to do during the weekend. I highly recommend this listing!

We were looking for peace and quiet and a beautiful landscape: perfect! The setting is truly beautiful! We were on an internship, during the day, a few kilometres away, so we had to leave the premises. For travellers who want to rest without taking their car, it is important to remember that there is no kitchen or refrigerator, as indicated in the description. If we have a chance, we will come back.

Lovely comfortable house. Sylvie is a warm and welcoming host. The house has all the comforts and also our little dog was welcome. The garden is fenced. Beautiful surroundings with various hiking trails directly from the house. In Belleroche is a bistro where we had a nice lunch and also came back for dinner. The bakery and Intermache are a 15-minute drive from the house. The beautiful city of Lyon is also an hour's drive from the gite. In short, highly recommended.

Short family stay with teenagers and grandparents in an impeccable country house, very well maintained, nestled in the heart of a haven of peace and greenery. The house and exteriors are very well equipped, there is enough to occupy young and old. Paul informed us very well in advance of our arrival, and Charlene welcomed us very kindly and efficiently. Small haven of peace for a friendly weekend with friends around the swimming pool and boulodrome. The sun and the calm of the countryside were at the rendezvous to accompany our reunions. Very well-equipped accommodation for 12 people Recommended ++

We had a great weekend in Britta's original and charming house. With the good weather, we were able to enjoy the river banks in the immediate vicinity (door at the back of the garden).

Very nice weekend in the accommodation offered by Gary and Pauline. The place is spotless, there were 5 of us,coming for a wedding nearby. Everything was clean, there's everything you need. Gary was very responsive and friendly in our communication, even leaving us flexible with our checkout time. Thank you for your kindness and the delicious bottle of wine tasted when we arrived! Beautiful place in the heart of Beaujolais. The view is splendid, the place is peaceful, the house is impeccable. Clean and well-equipped, we felt good there. In addition, Christine was flexible with our arrival and departure times. We will go back without hesitation.

very well decorated equipped apartment clean quiet with the main one around for intermarket shopping nearby!! if we had to put a negative point it would be the table and the chairs the glass moves when we eat and the chairs not great for the back , the couch hard enough to sleep but it remains a convertible the bed is very comfortable!!! . Excellent stay for us with a very pleasant welcome!!!

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, a sense of detail, you feel good in every nook and cranny, the grounds are particularly well maintained, nice walks from the cottage, we had a lovely time with the family!

We were on vacation as a family with the grandparents. The house is great for this, especially if you like to cook like us. A kitchen for professionals with cooking literature. All those who like authentic places this house is great. Would go again in a heartbeat.
