The house is located, at the gates of the Beaujolais and the Golden Stones, 10 km from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 25 km from central Lyon. Ideally located in a village near an exit of the A6 motorway, the listing is located in a wing of our family home (character house), and has a private entrance. It is organized on two levels, can accommodate 4 people and a baby. The whole property benefits from wifi via fiber, and is non-smoking.

I offer an independent guest room with private bathroom on the ground floor of my house which was also my architecture and painting studio. (I live on the lower floor). You enter a private bright space that leads to the room with views of a wooded area with office and private bathroom (spacious shower, sink, separate toilet). You'll have a space for your breakfast overlooking a private balcony overlooking the garden.

We are across from the Cité Internationale. Room renovated this summer. Features a shower and sink, office area and balcony overlooking the garden. If you'd like to arrive on Sunday night, you can ask us! I offer breakfast in addition to renting the room. Bus 9 drops you off in downtown Lyon in 10 minutes. Check-in possible from 6pm. Checkout before 11am.

Bike station also very close. Very close to Lumière II and Jean Moulin Universities. Very lively area with lots of quality bars and restaurants.

Hello, You will sleep in a modest separate bedroom on two-person bed with blanket and pillows with access to the bathroom. Wifi included. The access to the kitchen is not included, no breakfast.
