STUNNING TRANQUIL BEN LOMOND VIEWS

This spacious bedroom has own private washbasin with toilet, the other bathroom is situated in the hall and consists of toilet, shower, washbasin and bath and is shared by other guests, hairdryers are provided in the bedroom, this room has its own television with DVD with access to the DVD library. Guests have there own private television lounge where tea or coffee is served with complementary home baking at 21:00 hrs if required. Full Scottish breakfast or continental style is served until 10:30am There is a Summerhouse sited in the garden where you can simply relax with a good book and glass of wine. There are several villages within a few miles, with great pubs, food and hospitality or if you prefer, we can serve dinner, reasonably priced,provided you give us notice. This is a great place to re-charge your batteries and although slightly off the beaten track, there are plenty local places of interest including Loch Katrine, Inchmahome Priory on Lake of Menteith and the Trossachs. The area is well suited to hill-walkers and there is no shortage of mountains to climb. Stirling is our nearest city (17 miles) or Glasgow (20 miles), Stirling castle and Wallace monument are well worth visiting whilst in the area. Babies and young children up to six years old are free. Children from seven years old up to 10 years old there is a charge of ยฃ10.00 per child including breakfast. Children from 11 years old to Adult 18 years old there is a charge of ยฃ15.00 per person including breakfast and there will be extra beds put into the room already booked, and or if you prefer you can book the children into my other listing (another room) next door which sleeps two people (if available) for ยฃ40.00.

The area is quiet and only approx 3 minutes drive from the town centre, a 10-15 min walk or a regular bus service every half hour throughout the day_ the closest bus stop about 150 mtrs from the house.
