Tiny house holiday rentals in Caledonian Canal

Alex is a true Scottish Gentleman, and a very gentle and well-read soul at that. Nestled in a small piece of highlands heaven, Alex's farm is tranquil (though there's a spot of logging over yonder in 2025) and the a-frame house matched Magnus's description and caveats. I could have spent a lot more time talking to the erudite Alex over a cup of tea, but he had sheepdogs to train! A wonderful stay indeed.

We absolutely loved our short stay in the cabin. It was so rustic but at the same time very comfortable and warm. Tim gave us fresh eggs and home made bread, and made sure we were settled in. He was always on hand with any local advice or just for a chat. We loved the bird feeders right outside the window and the outdoor seating. Tim's dogs would visit and old Molly would lie outside the door always ready with a ball or stick. The chickens pecking around loose was another highlight. We were smiling from the minute we arrived, and to be honest we didn't want to leave. The absence of TV, radio, and Internet made it a perfect get away. I'm sure we will be back ♥️

Had a fantastic stay at Michelle and David’s pod. Both were incredibly lovely and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The pod itself was immaculately clean, in the perfect location, and equipped with everything you could need, and more. Staying here was a huge part of the reason we had such a great time in the area. We will definitely stay here in the future 🌟⛰️

The Bolthole is the perfect stay if you are looking to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Bolthole surrounded by nature and overlooking the loch and hills. It is a truly unique stay and I think it will be hard to beat! Myself and partner celebrated his 30th birthday here, fished in the loch, explored the surroundings and enjoyed the log burner on an evening. We also visited Invarary Castle and town which was only a short drive away. We unfortunately were not lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the osprey but did get lucky to see a barn owl on our last evening right in front of the bolthole. We will remember this trip and hopefully will return in the future!

Enjoyed my stay here for 3 nights in a purpose built wooden pod on this lovely campsite. It was basic accommodation but everything I needed. Comfortable mattresses, a kettle, microwave, heater and power sockets. It was great to be able to sit on a mini veranda overlooking the rest of the site. The shower block with toilets was very clean and just a 2-3 min walk away. A great location to explore Fort William and surrounding area. Would definitely book again if visiting the area.

Fantastic couple. Very responsive. Our family enjoyed how peaceful and private the property is. Would highly recommend to people!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away at the bothy, it was 10/10 and not a single fault! It was a beautiful area and so peaceful! Caroline was so lovely and was really helpful! We will definitely be back! Thank you again.

This was truly one of our favorite Airbnb stays so far! The location was stunning, and the pod itself was even more incredible—beautifully designed and clearly created with care. You can really feel the love Lynn has put into it, from the locally made soaps to the stocked fridge and the charming coffee bar—so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! A huge thank you to Lynn for going above and beyond to help us out—we're so grateful.

Such a lovely lodge, with gorgeous views. hosts were super friendly and always on hand if we needed them. The added extras of home cooked bread and eggs were a lovely touch. would definitely recommend

We loved our stay in Anns little cozy pod. The view from the porch and the hottub is amazing. Anns place is located about 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot from the town centre, and right on the circular walk of Mallaig (and there are also hikes further into up into the highlands reachable by foot from her place). Ann was an absolutely sweet, caring and responsive host! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic views looking right over the Loch and the bridge, nice path walk alongside the water, very clean, tidy, quiet, she really has gone above and beyond as there is everything you need to make a long stay worth while, regrettably we only stayed one night, if your thinking of two to seven days it would be well worth it. Excellent wee place. Fantastic location with views of Loch Venachar and lots of wildlife around. Nice little kitchen with dishwasher. Spotlessly clean. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Keith’s cabin. It was peaceful, quiet and comfortable. It was easy to find with the instructions Keith gave us and had everything we needed. It’s right in the middle of Fort William and Fort Augustus so you’re able to go to either places for the day! We had a lovely weekend staying there and would love to return!

Me and my partner visited for 1 night after completing the nc500 and it was also my partner’s birthday. We absolutely loved this place, it had absolutely everything we could think of. Karen was brilliant with her instructions and the cabin was immaculate, everything was clean and smelt good. Hot tub was awesome and the views were fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to comeback again.

Another lovely’s nights stay in Jessica’s cosy cabin. Just perfect for a stopover on the way back from our holiday in Lewis. Cosy, clean, comfortable and well equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Nicely decorated and lovely welcome gifts. We took a salad with us for dinner and some bread and jam for toast in the morning which worked out just fine. There was also little single hob but we didn’t need to use it. The cabin is in a large garden just beside Jessica’s house but feels private and was perfect for us and our two little dogs as I could let them have a wander around the garden ground which was really handy. There’s also a nice little seating area at the front of the cabin with nice planting and lighting. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Jessica!

Place was amazing. Would have loved to stay longer and enjoyed the surroundings.

Although we didn‘t had the chance to meet Maria and Scott in person, she contacted us when we arrived and asked, if we feel comfortable and everything is fine with the cabin. Also she gave recommendation for our planned visit at glenfinnan viaduct. The Cozy Cabin offers a nice view of Ben Nevis. The cabin contains everything you need for a short stay, including a kitchenette to prepare a small meal. Everything was clean and in a fantastic condition. You can hear the traffic, but not so much that it is disturbing.

We had great time here, beautiful location and best host. Highly recommended!
