It was very easy to find location, even easier to get keys and get into the apartment. Inside out looked even better then on the photos, the kitchen was super tidy and organised, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits anything you need including! Hosts were very helpful when asked for help finding lost charger. 100% positive and recommended

An absolute gem of a place. Great accommodation with phenomenal surroundings - brilliant views of the Torridon mountain range. The accommodation was clean, very spacious and catered to all our needs. Sam was an excellent host. Friendly and always responsive.

We were looking for a cosy getaway from the city and we knew it had to be Pitlochry. The Wee Glangarry was the perfect setting for our holiday, and Jenny and Steve were brilliant hosts. The location was perfect and less than 5 minutes walk away from the centre of town. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The wee studio was perfect for our stay and came equipped with everything we needed we really appreciated the loaf of Sourdough bread from the local bakery along with butter, orange juice and access to a coffee machine it made our breakfast extra special. The patio was perfect for watching the birds and enjoying a visit from a pair of Red Squirrels. We can't wait to come back to Pitlochry and we will definitely be visiting the Wee Glangarry again. 5 ***** all around!

It is a beautiful and spacious apartment tucked away in Birnam. The apartment is welcoming and stylish. Conveniently close to the train station if you're travelling by public transport, and there is plenty of on street parking if you're driving. Birnam is within walking distance of Dunkeld (about 15 minutes) where there is more amenities. We recommend visiting the Birnam Arts Centre which is at the end of the road from the apartment, it is a lovely space and has a good cafe (reasonably priced too). If you're able to get to Pitlochry, we highly recommend a meal at The Wee Choo Choo restaurant (set in a converted train carriage, one that featured in Mission Impossible), the food was delicious and the staff lovely. Ali was a great and friendly host, very helpful and responsive, and provided local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Jill is a great host; all her recommendations were great, and the flat was spotless. It's close to the bus station so all the travelling needed is within reach if you are unwilling to drive. I would happily stay there on my next visit to Inverness

We had a fantastic week staying in Downey Birch cottage. It is an extremely cosy, comfortable, peaceful, and well equipped property; with stunning views of Arisaig and The Small Isles from almost every window! Its location is perfect being just a few minutes walk away from the Arisaig Hotel, marina, local shops, museum and other delicious eateries. As well as a short cycle or drive to the wonderful beaches, mountains and islands in this spectacular part of Scotland. Michael and Fiona are super hosts. Friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the local area and beyond. We would most definitely recommend this cottage to friends and family; and we would love to stay again soon.

This was a Christmas gift for my son and girlfriend and it didn’t disappoint. Good location with great view of Loch Linnhe. They were most impressed how clean and spacious the apartment was. Also thankful for the goodies provided. Would highly recommended.

What a spot! The accommodation was exactly as described, well appointed, loch views, loads of space, super comfortable, amazing! We had the best time and will definitely be looking to return. We loved our stay at the Scriptorium! The abbey was so beautiful and large, we enjoyed exploring and staying in such a wonderful setting! The apartment is well appointed with amenities including washer/dryer which was wonderful for us. The bed was comfortable and bedroom included blackout shades on the windows to keep it dark. The bathroom was lovely and included robes for us. The location is private but only a very short walk to shops and restaurants in Fort Augustus. We drove down to Fort William and Glencoe one day and up to Inverness another day. It was a centrally located stay and we also enjoyed the restaurant on property. The pool is a must visit!
