Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Caldes d'Estrac

David is very accommodating and helpful. The house is in a well-maintained condition, the furnishings are good. We enjoyed being outside of Barcelona. But the S-Bahn also offers excellent connections to the city ... every 10 minutes. We have recovered well.

We (3 generations: 6 adults and 1 baby) stayed at Anna‘s for a family vacation. The location, view, comfort and accommodations were excellent. The pool and outdoor terrace were wonderful. Anna was very friendly, quick to respond and communicate, helpful with recommendations. We had a comfortable, memorable stay at the Blueview Villa.

The view from the villa was truly amazing. Really well equipped villa for a larger group as well, but do note that the fourth bedroom is actually the living room. Luckily that room was really big so the extra beds fit there well. Sylvia was a great host and offered help and flexibility when we needed it.

It was our 2nd time staying in the beautiful house and we loved it even more than the first time. We didn’t even get a car to travel around and just stayed most of the time on the beautiful Terrasse and walked to the supermarket and to the beach. It’s the perfect place to stay and it has everything you need. Jose Juan is incredibly fast in his communication and always helpful.

Marc and the entire stay were excellent. He's super quick to respond to a few of our questions and was around every day to ensure the pool was clean. The house immaculate and real charming. Huge kitchen to for all 6 of us to sit around and have more than enough space left over though we tried to eat as many meals outside as we could! Great value for Spain and being relatively close to Barcelona. Marc helped us with train info as its not easily (for me at least) to find on the internet. There are several places to grocery shop within a 10 minute drive. Our dog loved walking the back trails and had plenty of space to chase his ball and find shade by the pool to cool off. Would def book again and have another family of friends rent the top part for a great time!

We absolutely loved our stay, sadly didn’t get to meet Manuel as he wasn’t available for the check in, but he was extremely responsive throughout the stay. The villa is gorgeous and absolutely huge, bbq is a great touch and we too full advantage of the kitchen utilities. Only issue was lack of mirrors in the bedrooms and that wifi doesn’t quite reach all places in the house. We would stay again.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and had a great time. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and cozy village, where you can find various shops and also a market. There are several cities such as Mataró and Barcelona that we have visited at a short distance. Upon arrival, a large fruit bowl was ready for us and the (fridge) cupboard was filled! The cottage is just big enough for 2 people. We made a lot of use of the shared outdoor space with swimming pool, these were not used by Toni and Olga during our stay. Around the evening there are mosquitoes, so they have brought a lot of things for that, such as candles. It is wise to bring your own anti-mosquito spray if you want to sit outside in the evening. Toni and Olga are very hospitable, they responded quickly to questions or requests.

We rented this incredible villa for 17 girls and we had the best weekend ever! The Villa is out of this world, well equipped to deal with a large group of people and has great amenities. Ana was incredibly responsive, useful and kind. We loved the private chef Ana recommended. Ana also has some very helpful contacts with the taxis, so this made it easier to get places if you don’t rent a car (which would be recommended). The only slight downside was the food shop wasn’t processed so we had to get a taxi to a supermarket which was 10 minutes away, but other than that, it was perfect! I would love to return :)

Matew and Esti’s home was absolutely wonderful and perfectly located in the heart of historic Girona. The apartment was as beautiful as the pictures and everything we needed and more. Would love to come back one day!

Everything was great : the apartment, the attitude of the owner, the possibility of free parking nearby, the sea view, the absence of noise, the availability of everything for convenience in the kitchen,bathroom,living room and bedroom, help and sociability. I advise you to use it.

Absolutely fantastic! Carles was very responsive and even coordinated an airport transfer for us which allowed us to skip the very long que for a taxi. Apartment was clean and quiet. The air conditioning was perfectly cold (we are usually hot and keep our home AC set very cold). We cooked a full dinner for 4 people with the kitchen equipment provided. WiFi was fast and consistent. Location was great…we walked to Park Guell and the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia. Perfect, perfect, perfect!

Really enjoyed a 3 night stay here. Train station is only a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed a day in Arenys de Mar, A day in Lloret de mar and a day in Barcelona before heading into Barcelona centre for a city break. Everything in the apartment was perfect, very clean and in a quiet location. Restaurants and bars 5-10 walk away. Would definitely stay again when in the area

Apartment RITA was a true find. It's in a prime location, across from the beach in Sitges. It is walking distance from many food options. It is tastefully decorated with a patio, on which you can eat, have your coffee, or people-watch. The location is the benefit of this property. It was perfect for our stay in spring and was only an hour train ride to Barcelona. The train station is a short 10-minute walk. I'm sure that it is hotter in Sitges in summer, though the ocean breeze helps to keep it cooler than inland. There is an AC unit in the living area but not one in the bedroom, where there is a ceiling fan. There is a lively night scene in Sitges, That is one of the great things about it. The area can also be loud at night on the weekends. Overall, we had a great experience. We would definitely come again.

Vincent is an amazing host I would recommend staying 100% here if you want to relax from the city and be very close to the sea. The places is as described, it feels really cozy and familiar, good for family getaways.

We had a great stay at the property! The apartment was very clean and well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the beginning. We were particularly enthusiastic about the magnificent view from the terrace – simply fantastic! Also the location was ideal: the beach was within walking distance which was a big plus for us. If you are planning a day trip to Barcelona, you can easily reach the city by a direct train – uncomplicated and fast. Check in and out was absolutely smooth, which made the stay additional enjoyable. Overall, we were completely satisfied and would recommend the place at any time!

Lovely home in Tossa! So close to everything but quiet and tucked just off the beaten path. Great place for our family to explore and enjoy Tossa!

The property is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is peaceful and the hosts are incredibly generous, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. From the house, there is direct access to a marked trail that leads into a stunning forest with several hiking options, including a path that climbs the mountain and reaches breathtaking viewpoints. The shared outdoor areas are large, diverse, and well-maintained. There are swings and a small playground for children, a lovely pool, a very spacious garden, and plenty of different seating areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The nearest village is about a 7-minute walk away. It has only one small shop with very basic supplies, and one restaurant that is not open every day. We highly recommend bringing your own food and ingredients and enjoying cooking at the house. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place to anyone l

Very kind and helpful people

Manuela is the loveliest host, she truly made our stay so special from the moment we got there she was so kind to us, and ensured we knew we could go to her if we needed. When we had an issue with booking a taxi she was extremely helpful and when we messed it up she was understanding and helpful. Despite the language barrier she ensured to use a translation app so we could talk to her just fine, her and her husband are lovely people, and they allowed us to sit in their garden and wait whilst getting a taxi to leave. The place itself it stunning with beautiful views of the sunset nearby, the pool is absolutely perfect for a chilled time. The rooms and kitchen are pristine with everything we needed. Overall a brilliant time, felt so welcome, loved our experience! x

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

Alex was a fantastic host, and was always available to contact with any questions we had during our stay, which was incredibly helpful! The property is lovely and clean, with a great view of the ocean via the balcony. I loved the local town which has some great dinner spots, and also the beach is amazing with lots of activities and bars. Overall a great experience for me and my friends, thanks Alex!

Crisant met us in front of the apartment and gave us a full tour with clear instructions. Very friendly and always quick to respond with our questions. Gave us a very generous check-out as no one was scheduled that day. Sent restaurant recommendations after discovering my son was a chef. The place itself looked like the photos. Very quiet never hearing any neighbors. Our favorite spot was the terrace for morning coffee and evening wine. All amenities provided. Market around the corner for provisions. Area is very safe and walkable. Close to train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay for the Grand Prix and would choose this again for the convenience of not being amongst the crowds going to Barcelona. Plus Granollers is a very cute town with plenty to do for a short stay. I would HIGHLY recommend Cristants place to all.
