Nice and cozy oceanfront apartment. We are on the 9th floor of a nine-story building. It's in a very quiet pedestrian area called "the island" There are parking lots near the house, supermarkets, bars, restaurant, pharmacy... In 5 minutes walking you are at the beach. And in 7 - 8 at the train station. In just over 30 minutes you are in downtown Barcelona and 50 minutes from Barcelona Airport and 40 minutes from Girona Airport.

A bright living area features a comfortable sofa with cushions, a wooden dining table surrounded by chairs, and natural light filtered through sheer curtains. Decorative frames hang on the walls, adding a touch of personality to the space.

Nice place for a convenient time in a nice small town close to Barcelona. Everything what you need is in a walking distance. Or even we already have it. The flat is at the first sea line. But the windows are to the opposite side. 50 meters from the train station. But very quiet. The distance to the beach is around 100 meters.
