La Canocchia is a fishermen's cottage overlooking the harbour. Renovated with respect for its history, but equipped with all comforts, including a washer-dryer, induction hob, hot/cold heat pumps, and a dishwasher. Close to the equipped beach, downtown and all essential amenities. Ideal for two guests, it can accommodate a third adult on the bed/sofa on the ground floor. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
