A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Andrea was very attentive to everything. Although we don't know Italian, he was attentive and made an effort to understand us. Recommended. Everything was very clean. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

We spent three lovely nights in this nice holiday home in Tivoli, just outside Rome. The house is comfortable and has a beautiful, large garden where you can really unwind. The communication with Giovanni went well: she always responded quickly and thought well with us. Upon arrival, everything was clear thanks to a handy video that we received in advance – that made it easy for us to find the house. The wifi didn't work well at first, probably due to the bad weather, but G came immediately the next day with a prepaid wifi device, which was very nice. From Tivoli we traveled by train to Rome, which is fine to do. All in all, a very pleasant stay with an attentive and committed hostess!

Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thank you for everything, we had a great time!

Great house and a very accommodating host

Giuseppe's house was amazing! It was perfect for our trip to Rome with 9 people. We traveled with 4 kids and they loved the yard and pool (although we didn't swim in it because the weather was a bit too cold). We rented a car and drove into Rome. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Parcheggio Saba Villa Borghese where we could take a bus or metro to anywhere we wanted in Rome. It was nice to stay outside the city, but be close enough to get in easily. Giuseppe and Flavia were responsive hosts and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend this place!

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

Daniela and Aldo were very friendly hosts. They gave us lots of local recommendations. The location was wonderful and the villa was perfect for an extended family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The swimming pool and the games room were frequently used by the whole family.

Everything from check in to check out went wonderfully in this beautifully renovated house. We enjoyed the beautiful pool that brought wonderful cooling during the warmer days. Ideal base to visit e.g. Rome and Tivoli and to relax in the countryside afterwards. The garden is heavenly and offers 100% privacy as the listing also described. We would love to come back! Simonetta and Max were really kind and friendly hosts, immediately making themselves very helpful. The place exactly matches the description, small but cared for in every detail and most likely clean. It is an oasis of relaxation surrounded by greenery with many activities available to entertain both human and four-legged friends! I especially thank the hosts for giving me a wonderful birthday. We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. Our warmest recommendations.

Great studio under the family’s home with direct access to the garden space which is just up a set of stairs. The slate bbq was great. Make sure to ask about the pool if you’re looking to swim. Host was really responsive and friendly.

This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!

It was a pleasure for us to be able to stay at Andrea's villa on the weekend of August. The house is beautiful and very large, also perfect for groups of many people and is equipped with everything you need to cook and do any other activity. The pool and garden are the highlight, the garden is very large with a net to play volleyball and the pool is super comfortable. Access to the house is a little hidden initially being on a dirt road, but you can easily walk easily being just a short stretch. Near the house there are many nice places to visit and also restaurants to eat, among other things there is also a Eurospin supermarket not even a three-minute drive from the villa. Andrea was always very helpful and super responsive to all the requests and questions we asked him and always ready to meet them. Highly recommended house, beautiful experience.

It is a huge villa with an excellent view of the mountains of Umbria (awesome sunrises!). Well equipped with actually everything you may need for your long stay. What we liked the most were the grapes that could be eaten straight from the vine. There are plenty of other fruits in the garden (if you come at the right time of year, of course). Last but not least, Jacopo was an excellent host, quickly responding to all our questions and inquiries. Thank you!

We stayed at Christian's beautiful house with our three children and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much! The garden and the clean, large pool were of course the highlight. All four bedrooms have mosquito nets and air conditioners so we could sleep cool. Linen, towels and a very well equipped kitchen were available. Christian was available the whole time and always responded immediately if we had a question. His friend Alberto welcomed us at check-in and explained everything to us. He also came every two days to check the pool. The house is totally quiet in the middle of nature and is easily accessible by car (gravel path, but good to drive). We felt really very comfortable and can recommend this beautiful house with a clear conscience.
