We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

A rejuvenating and beautiful experience Our stay with Eva and Giulia was much more than just a stay: it was a profound, harmonious and regenerating experience. Caverna Madre conveys an authentic peace and the love and awareness with which it is lived and cared for is clearly perceived. We felt welcomed and listened to in an environment full of positive energy, where every detail speaks of attention and presence. We also had the opportunity to spend some time together, the conversations were sincere, the atmosphere serene and the connection that was created will remain with us for a long time. We are grateful for the time shared and hope that our paths will cross again in the future. We wish Eva and Giulia that the Universe continues to support them with light, love and abundance. The apartment was easy to access, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made my stay extremely comfortable. The host was welcoming and took the time to show me around the property, as well as recommend excellent local restaurants and shops. With a bus stop located less than a minute away, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly choose to stay here again on future visits to Rome.

We found the perfect rental in Anguillara Sabazia. This home is even more lovely in person. We had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing.

Wonderful apartment with a terrace overlooking the lake. Very well equipped to make it a very comfortable apartment to stay in. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and with beautiful views across the lake. Ludovico was incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive to any queries. When we arrived he was standing on the roadside wearing a red shirt so he could ensure we didn’t miss the apartment. There was also a garage for a small car which we didn’t need to use as with a hybrid or electric car, parking in Trevignano within blue lined parking spaces is free even at the weekends. We hope to come and stay again sometime.

The house is exactly as pictured and described. Excellent cleanliness and location with respect to the village and the lake. Highly recommended

Consuelo was very welcoming and immediately made me feel at home. She took the time to show me around the apartment and offered to make me reservations for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the record collection is killer! Will definitely book again next time I'm in Nepi.

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

Small but cosy apartment in a beautiful area, you go out and you are in a medieval village, you take a short walk and you are having breakfast by the lake. Anguillara is also connected to Rome by train, in half an hour you are at the station of San Pietro, logistically an ideal solution. Simona is kind, responsive and precise. I recommend her.

Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

We arrived in Rome and our driver easily found the apartment. We loved the immediate neighborhood and Trastevere as a whole. Great restaurants nearby, especially right downstairs, and close enough to Rome’s attractions without being in the center of all the tourists. We had great communication with the hosts though we didn’t have any problems. Would definitely go back.

The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. We loved our stay! It was a short 15 min train ride to Rome and the station was just outside the apartment. The supermarket was on the other side of the road and a nice little cafe with really nice coffee! 100% recommend this accommodation! Thankyou ;)

We stayed in this apartment and were very satisfied! The owner was very kind, responded immediately to all our messages and responded to every request. Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.
