The house is located in the Lucchese countryside, in the Carignano area, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but at the same time close to the city center and all services. The old farmhouse has been divided into eight individual apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with the guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and unpaved (suitable for any type of vehicle).

Il Nido is located in a popular building without an elevator within the walls of Lucca, next to Piazza S. Frediano. The house is in a traffic-restricted zone: not accessible by car. We climb 40 STEPS to reach the Nest, a SMALL house, with attention to detail and very bright. The living room consists of an equipped kitchen, a small space for dining and relaxing. Double bedroom, SMALL 2nd BEDROOM and a bathroom. Above the PRIVATE TERRACE, you can see the church and the rooftops.

I Sassi di Wally: country, art & sea!

At the end of a very typical Tuscan hills’ dirt road lined with cypress trees, I Sassi di Wally is a nice stone cottage with a turret. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.
