Independent villa surrounded by the greenery of a park with private access to the sea. The house is on two levels where on the ground floor we have the living area with kitchen, bathroom and a large living room with fireplace. Going upstairs we find the sleeping area with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was completely renovated and refurbished last year, including most of the furniture. The entrance to the property is served by an automatic gate and space for 5 cars.

You enter a well-maintained garden and climb a flight of stairs to enter the apartment. Entering we find the functional kitchen. A long hallway where we find a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom. Large windows sunbathe the house and the hostess will try to be as available as possible.

Brezza Marina: accommodation a stone's throw from the sea

Sea-style apartment renovated entirely and externally 50 meters from the beaches and many restaurants and aperitif bars. The apartment consists of a living room with terrace, kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom.
