Beachfront holiday rental in Calambrone

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Comfortable and convenient apartment for my parents as it has no stairs, is clean, tidy, and had everything. The warm welcome of Giacomo's parents made the stay start in the best way, they are fantastic people who take care of their guests in every way.

Very clean tidy apartment, located on the second floor without an elevator and the area is very convenient for the center. Parking is easy to find, a positive note at the tobacconist there are daily and weekly passes. The host responds very quickly and is very helpful and responsive.

Manuel is a nice and friendly host. We spent two days in this apartment, which is comfortable, quiet and easy to find, very close to the sea. The accommodation is well equipped and has all the necessary devices, making it really convenient. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and well-maintained, renovated a few years ago. In general, all the furniture was very functional. It was really like staying at home, with all the comforts you need (even more when traveling with a 2-year-old). Private indoor parking is the icing on the cake, in an area where finding parking is often difficult. Sophia was very kind, both at check-in and during the stay. We'll definitely be back!

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

we were guests at Laura's for 3 days...two adults and a small dog...what can I say...everything was perfect: easy check-in and explained step by step, timely information about the area, attention to guests, great location a stone's throw from the sea and restaurants, bars, pharmacies...but above all I wanted to point out the extreme cleanliness of the accommodation. The place is an absolute place to yearn. The view of the sea priceless. We were lucky enough to stay alone on the property almost the entire time. The amenities are functional and you have everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy, there is nothing to complain about. The decor is familiar with personal things of the family but that's exactly what I love about AirBnB. I was very reminded of my former family weekend house. We certainly weren't here last time and I thank Fabio&Valentina for sharing this wonderful place with others.

The place was perfect for us! The children made themselves comfortable in the gallery and also enjoyed using the toys provided. Since the ceilings of the apartment are very high, it is also not cramped at all. We enjoyed the location of the accommodation directly on the beach. By car you can easily get to Pisa, Florence, etc. We will be back :-)

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Marcello is really nice, offered to pick me up from the train station and went out of his way to help me find a copisteria ! Appartment is clean and nice, not much to do around but it was low season, good place to look for peace and quiet !

Great place! We were on vacation with our kids. The children were very happy with the pool with a hydromassage on the roof overlooking the sea. They didn't want to go home! There is a free beach nearby (about 10 minutes walk), a paid beach right next to the house. A very nice balcony overlooking the mountains and beautiful trees, where we liked to drink coffee :) The apartment is very functional, large and comfortable, there is an additional room for the children, which is not in the photos, which was a nice surprise. Very clean, everything you need on vacation and in the house, everything is working (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave, etc.). A very kind host who responds quickly and guarantees a great stay. The doorman was also very kind and helpful. The area is beautiful, I'm in love with this part of Italy! Thanks so much for everything! We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

The apartment was spacious, clean and located very central for easy access by foot to beach and restaurants. We loved the small balcony for a coffee in the mornings overlooking the sea. It was very quiet at night inside the apartment even if busy outside given the good isolation of the windows. A big plus was the adjoining private parking at a small extra charge. Very good functioning air conditioning and wifi. Claudio was very responsive and kind and made us feel home immediately. We can only recommend it and would love to return for another stay.

What a fabulous place !! Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and description but better. The view is amazing and the apartment well equipped and comfortable. Auro was very responsive to all messages and his parents, who checked us in, were charming. Just a couple of practical points - there is no a/c but usually there is a lovely breeze, just keep the blinds down when the sun is on them The access into the sea looks a bit scarier than it is - you can just jump in and then to get out, there are also some steps cut into the rock so you don’t have to try and scramble out. Wonderful - we hope to come back

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. We had an amazing stay in Fabrizio’s apartment! He was one of the best hosts we ever had, very responsive to any questions we had and offered a ton of great recommendations. The place was immaculate, very modern with excellent appliances and decor. Within a 1 minute walk, you’re on the beach and right out the door there are a multitude of cafes and restaurants. There’s also a grocery store only a minute away. 10/10 would stay again!

The apartment is situated just off the paseo- ideally located for bars, shops and the beach. It was perfect for our trip as we were there to go to the Carnival-plus side was that the property was within the fencing that stops you getting to watch the parade (as you have to buy a 15-25 euro ticket for each evening) so saved us a heap of money! Parking is available directly outside the apartment but you have to get a parking permit from the local tobacconist, I think they all do it. You also need to be aware that streets are clean regularly and if you park there when they are coming, they will give you a fine! Apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely decorated, the fridge is very large and there is a lift up to the apartment. The balcony is huge and there is a great big table for alfresco dining as well as an outdoor shower really enjoyed our day.
