Vincenza was a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and very responsive. The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the promenade and nearby attractions. I truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Gloria and Daniele were excellent hosts. They even offered us a ride back to their location as Daniele was in La Spezia when we arrived. They provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner and transportation. Wish we had stayed longer.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Wonderful from start to finish

We returned to Casa Levante for the second time and it was a guarantee! Federica was very kind and helpful as always and the house was equipped with everything you need and more, books for the little ones, games for the beach, in short, anything! We found cleanliness and order and in the kitchen every necessary comfort (coffee pods, oil, salt, sugar, dishwasher tablets... even rubber plates for our children!) If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, Casa Levante would deserve them all, a guarantee!

We had a great stay at Villa Palmira! The apartment was very well equipped and is just a few steps from the beach – ideal for relaxing. The hostess was super friendly, always available and provided us with helpful tips. Her family on site was also warm. Everything was clean and cozy – we would come back anytime!

The location is special, reserve a unique view and exceptional livability... you experience total privacy immersed in the smells, sounds and colors of the sea!!!

We were in Dinos Haus for four days with our 10-month-old baby. The view and tranquility are wonderful and the house has everything it needs for us. The communication with Dino was great, he contacted us on his own initiative and asked if we arrived well and if everything was okay and also responded quickly to our messages. We were traveling with a Ford Transit, your car should not be larger or wider, as the roads are very narrow.

Great place and great location! Close to both beach establishments and public beach! Perfect place to visit Viareggio! I recommend it!

If you've come this far: Book, otherwise the apartment might be gone and that would be a real shame!! The reception by Anna was unbeatable. There was an answer to every question. It was the cleanest apartment in 40 years of vacation. Small shops for daily needs are very close to the apartment and the sea is also not far away. We have never had an apartment with enough coffee pods, shower gel and shampoo in both showers for the entire stay. The air conditioning has also been thought of. In short: Book now!!

Historical style decor wity modern bathroom and kitchen . very tight stairwell but functions well to get between the 3 levels. a great location near the marina ,Cafe, grocery and town square. such a beautiful town

Luana and Antonio are very friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts. From the booking to the check-in, the very fast communication, a successful holiday. Luana and Antonio are definitely recommended as hosts. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. There's nothing missing. We enjoyed it very much. Everything is within a few minutes' walk. We absolutely loved Paola’s apartment. The location is fabulous, right by the passenger ferry pick up and a couple of minutes walk from the centre, also with a supermarket right below the apartment. It was beautifully presented and well stocked with all crockery, glasses, utensils etc that you could need. Fabulous views from both the lounge and beautiful little terrace - we enjoyed watching the boats come and go. Martina, Paola’s agent was lovely. She met us on arrival, showed us round and replied quickly to a question we had about taxis. As others have said the bath / shower is a little unusual, and the access to the terrace is narrow with steep steps, but we managed, and this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Portovenere - it really is a very beautiful harbour town and a good position to explore the Cinque Terre. The apartment is exceptional - one of our best AirBnB stays to date.

We had a great 1 week stay at this very spacious apartment with a great view of the marina. There is a great bakery, vegetable & fruit shop, and a small store with local specialties at 200m from the apartment. There are also several great restaurants. The place is a great base to visit nearby Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. We did several hikes from the apartment. If you don't wanna drive there is a frequent bus to Portovenere and La Spezia. The local people are very wekcoming and super friendly. We were very pleased with our stay and communication with the host was easy and quick. I only have 1 remark/tip please explain beforehand the recycle bins because they were not marked and we didn't put the stuff in the correct bins

We loved our stay at Leonardo and Vanessa's apartment! The apartment is cozy, super clean and quiet, overlooking the sea 😍 There is a super equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes walk and you can climb into the water from a small dock and go swimming. The location is really wonderful, not far from the train station to explore the surrounding cities but also directly at a bus station from where you can go to the beautiful coast in the south. The washing machine was a great plus too! The two hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful, overall our stay was a 10/10!

Lots of interesting places.

We loved Daniela’s place in the little town of Le Grazie so we came back for the second time. Super property & super host! Daniela and her family are the best. The apartment is really beautiful and comfortable. Ample supplies throughout to make us feel right at home. The town is darn cute and lively. Easy to get to La Spezia and Porto Venere. Weekly visitor parking was a breeze!
