Holiday rentals with beach access in Calambrone

We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

Very well-kept and in a strategic position both in terms of beaches and Carnival. Friendly and helpful host. Amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for a sea time or Carnival

Apartment was super clean and fits the pictures. Large clean bathrooms, soft comfortable beds. Internet only over 5 g. Large living room with large terrace overlooking the canal. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

The accommodation was as described and it really has everything your heart desires. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was very straightforward at all. She was very helpful and also helped us so we could park on site. We already knew the surroundings, it is just beautiful between the sea and the forest. ☀️

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

Very good communication with Francesco who is "thoughtful". The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Florence, Pisa, the Cinque Terre. It is also well-equipped. The bedding is of good quality.

We had a great time at Grazia's place. It is super well located and the view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything that one needs. Grazia and Margherita were super friendly hosts and always responsive. We recommend Grazia's place and hope we can come back another time.

Impeccable apartment, close to the beach and amenities but in a quiet and peaceful area. Mariangela is always very helpful and attentive, even to our most obvious requests! There were three of us, two adults and a three-year-old child, given the spaces of the house, you can think of staying even in four.

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Giovanna is an excellent host! Everything was exactly as advertised, and meeting her was a treat! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, plus just a short walk to the sea! A couple of restaurants close by, very walkable to all the Livorno spots. We took the bikes and had a pleasant cruise along the shoreline! Also - we very much made use of the record collection and turntable… such a fun addition to our stay :-)

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but away from the noise of the center. I'd be happy to come back if I'm in the area. The only downside: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being everywhere for a fee. We parked and didn't move the car anymore.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Would definitely recommend! The house was very clean and if you like the classic Tuscany style, You’ll feel right at home. The view from the balcony is also a gift to wake up to.

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

We were super happy with our stay! It was conveniently located, calm, sunny and very close to the beach. It's small but has everything you need for a few days!

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

Very well located accommodation in the city and to visit the five lands and Pisa too... Very clean apartment and comfortable bedding in the bedroom (sofa in the living room is not suitable for adults and teenagers because you smell a metal bar in the back) The parking space is very convenient and is a real plus in this area...supermarket next to the apartment it's great...small downside the street noise and the front door of the building...Also thoughtful to take shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine tablet because it's not available in the apartment...

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! I can totally recommend. Beautiful and clean flat with a good kitchen to cook. Beach is very near and besutiful.

The apartment was beyond amazing—truly exceeded our expectations! We're incredibly grateful to our host for their genuine care and attention to detail—everything was thoughtfully arranged. The apartment has two terraces, both offering breathtaking views of the marina (just like in the photos). The location couldn't be better—right in a charming little seaside town. We were also impressed by the peace and quiet, yet if you're in the mood for some buzz, the town center with its cafes and bars is just a few minutes’ walk away. Ferries to Cinque Terre also leave from the marina nearby. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsible and attentive.
