It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. There is an open planned kitchen with white units, and appliances including a fridge-freezer, a microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, electric hob with two rings and self catering kitchen utensils. There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

Whenever we travel we always go with high expectations and when we return, the memories of the beautiful things are the ones that remain. Cala Sant Vicenç, without being a well-known place, is a magical place. For its coves with the best waters of Mallorca, its excellent restaurants and bars. Our home, located in a unique spot, with the help of the swimming pool and the memories that you may have taken away from the cove, may make you come back again, perhaps in 2023.

Can Botana 6 es la última casa de la parte de arriba del Complejo apartamentos turísticos Can Botana. Cuenta con 2 plantas. Se accede a través de una terraza frontal a la planta baja donde está el salón comedor, cocina, habitación doble y un aseo con ducha. En la planta superior, se encuentran tres cuartos dobles. El principal, cuenta con un baño con ducha en suite y una terraza con vistas hacia la playa. Asimismo, esta planta cuenta con un baño completo con bañera.

You are going to love my place because it is a cozy space, you have the sea right at your feet, unparalleled views from this "Lookout" apartment in the Cala San Vicente (Pollença) neighborhood. IT is part of a small complex, built on a hill with just 18 units (each one with a private entrance). It has a shared pool and even a staircase that goes down the rocks directly to the sea.. My accommodation is good for couples.

El apartamento está situado a 150 metros de la maravillosa playa de aguas cristalinas llamada Cala Molins. Dispone de 2 habitaciones (una doble y otra con dos camas individuales), aire acondicionado junto con todo el equipamiento. Debido a la ley de Baleares hay que pagar la ecotasa que son 2 euros por persona y noche para mayores de 16 años.
