A lovely apartment, in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Plenty of street parking available right outside and so perfect for us to use as a base for us to explore the island.

Recommended! Very well equipped apartment, perfect with children with direct beach access, beautiful view. The apartment is very clean. Joana is very attentive and adapts to our check-in and check-out times. Sweets were waiting for us upon arrival. for your information, electricity is to be paid at the end of the stay.

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Very friendly hosts with good recommendations on restaurants and things to do. The apartment was very clean, even the floor shined. Very nice view from the balcony, especially at sunrise. We were very please with our stay overall. It is about a 40-minute walk to the port of Alcudia, which you can walk along the beach, or take a taxi for a cheap price.

What a wonderful little villa — so close to the lively heart of Sóller, yet peacefully tucked away among the fragrant orange and lemon groves. The stunning mountains wrap around you as you sit and watch the sunrise, accompanied by the beautiful sounds of birdsong. There are countless amazing walks, runs, and bike rides right from the doorstep. We had such a lovely stay, and Antonio was a fantastic host who made us feel truly welcome. Thank you!

This place was great. Better than the picture in person. Very close to the grocery store. Walkable to the bus and train station to get around the island. Would stay here again.

We stayed in this apartment for 10 days and are still out and about. Communication with Christian and Marcus before and during the trip was just great: fast, proactive and with great tips - what more could you ask for! The house looks even better in person and the view of the countryside or the sea has fascinated us again and again. Bellavista and Betlem are exactly what we wanted. Peace, nature, no mass tourism and good accessibility to large supermarkets, sights, etc. In the small supermarket in the village you can buy fresh bread and croissants. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and there was nothing missing. We will be happy to come back!

Really nice stay at this house in the countryside! It really feels like you are in the farm country, there are farms and sheep nearby. It was a little hard to find but easy once you know where it is.

We had a lovely week at Salva’s beach home. It is a cozy spot just a block from the beach, with plenty of outdoor space and a great rooftop and view of the ocean and town. The primary bedroom was on the second floor and it was nice to have a peaceful oasis, while our two teens had the downstairs bedrooms. We opted not to purchase the WiFi and enjoyed a digital detox for the week with lots of walks in the foothills (trail just 3 min from the house), beach explores, visits to surrounding towns (Artà, Colònia de Sant Pere, Sóller, Cala Rajada), and evening card games. There are also few great restaurants just a 10 minute walk from the house. We were there for Easter break, so the town felt very relaxed and pesceful. Salva helped us problem solve a few issues that came up and was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this spot, and plan to return. We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

It's a charming, multi-floor, old period property. Lovely decor. Well located within Soller and also a good base for exploring the area. Very easy to walk to the main square. Important to know that with there being no air con it can get very hot in the summer months (we went in Aug!). The back yard is lovely but expect to get bitten. It is also very hard to park within the town itself. Alicia (the agent) easy to contact and very helpful.

Wonderful accommodation for a large family. Gabriel was very communicative and helpful Throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a large, tranquil home just a short drive from Palma. - Car is recommended.

Marga was an excellent host. Her communications with us were very good. She left us some welcoming food- empanadas, fruit and some wine. The house is lovely with nice terraces and a small pool. Parking nearby was safe and convenient. Petra is ideally situated in the centre of the island so it is easy to visit anywhere. We would definitely recommend Marga and would certainly visit again

This was our 2nd stay at Corinna's. We loved it so much the first time that it was the obvious home-base for our 2nd Mallorca cycling trip. Selva itself is very special - beautiful, peaceful, and great restaurants. And Corinna's place is the perfect place to stay. It's a beautiful building, with lovely outdoor spaces to hang out, a well-furnished and spacious kitchen, and great bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. I had my bests sleeps of 2024 in the master bedroom! Corinna is very helpful and friendly, and responds quickly if you need help with anything. Highly highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Toni’s apartment! The ocean view from every window in every room was absolutely breathtaking. Being just 20 meters from the beach, the location couldn’t be better. The area is very walkable, with a beautiful promenade stretching for miles, perfect for cycling, running, or strolling. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants, which offered a great variety of options. Inside, the kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were spotless. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The fast broadband internet was a huge bonus, especially since we needed to stay connected during our trip. Overall, Toni’s apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s the great getaway spot, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We had a great time at Luis's place. Listing is clean, as described, and very convenient. There is a beautiful view of the mountain from the balcony. In addition, the rental of the apartment was perfect, the beach and shops are nearby. The residence is also very quiet, with a beautiful swimming pool:) We recommend staying at Luis's place, if you are visiting Alcúdia!

We were very impressed with the place and the whole area. We had a wonderful time in a private and cozy atmosphere. We can fully recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back! Very friendly staff, and thanks to the regular cleaning, always a clean apartment as well as towels etc.

Xisco’s place was perfect as a base to explore the area. He was very helpful when we asked for recommendations for e-bike hire. The apartment is perfect and we would certainly stay there again next time we are in Mallorca. Brilliant, thanks Xisco.

we were there for over a week with a 2yo kid. great place - in our opinion better than in the first sea line - much quieter, without walkers. close to Pine Walk, very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. very functional kitchen and spacious living room - but we used the very large terrace the most, where we rested after the day and ate meals. nice addition was the beach toys for children - we also left some for the next guests. communication was clear and fast. check-in and check-out without problems. a very nice gesture was a bottle of water, a few nespresso capsules and a bottle of wine to welcome. we sincerely recommend and will probably come back if we plan to stay in Port de Pollença.
