Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

Sehr schönes Appartement. Ein absoluter Traum. Gerne wieder! Matteo hat auf unsere Anfragen immer mit tollen Tipps reagiert. So soll es sein.

Lovely house which was very nice and clean. Francesco was very welcoming. Fantastic views from the roof terrace, you would ideally need to rent or own a car to get to the town or beach as this is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The town has plenty of restaurants to chose from and La Cinta beach was stunning, very crowded in August but if you walk further up the beach you can easily find plenty of space. Would highly recommend this accommodation and location.

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!

Vue magnifique avec lever de soleil si on est un peu matinal! La maison est parfaitement équipée comme chez soi! La piscine est très agréable quand il fait chaud! Anna et Elisabeta sont très accueillantes, disponibles et réactives Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille !

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Insgesamt tolle Unterkunft auf Sardinien. Ruhig und Privat. Wer sportlich aktiv ist, kann früh Brötchen usw. in den umliegenden Orten besorgen - auch noch im Oktober/November. Den Pool haben die Kinder gut nutzen können. Für Frostbeulen empfehle ich Neoprenanzüge. Einzig der Rauch von den Herbstlichen Verbrennungsaktionen (grosse Feuer in der Nähe zum Beseitigen von Grünschnitt) hat genervt und uns an zwei Tagen die Terasse aufgrund des starken Geruches sowie Qualmes meiden lassen. Insgesamt zu empfehlen, für Leute die Ruhe suchen, und trotz hoher Preislage über das ein oder andere Detail hinwegsehen können. Wir als 6er Familie fanden es toll. Wir durften sogar unseren wohlerzogenen Familienhund mitbringen. Vielen Dank dafür!

We had a great stay in Baunei thanks to this awesome apartment. Everything is exactly as in the pictures except for the view which is even more great in reality. It’s hard to navigate a car directly to the house, the streets are very narrow, so it’s definitely recommended to park at the main street and walk there. Beds are very comfortable and it’s super calm. We enjoyed it there very much!

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

Een heel mooi huis, rustig en privé gelegen in een wijngaard. Een auto is wel nodig om de omgeving te bekijken, maar op korte afstand van Cala Gonone en start van de wandeltocht naar gorrupu. Antonio reageert snel via de App en is heel vriendelijk.

Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaubstage in Tamaras Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vermittelt eine entspannte, angenehme Atmosphäre. Die Lage im Ort ist perfekt und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hervorragend. Noch einmal vielen Dank für die hierdurch sehr gelungenen Urlaubstage.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gern wieder. Alles war wie beschrieben, die Aussicht war traumhaft und man konnte in der Umgebung viel unternehmen. Vielen Dank für die nette und zuvorkommende Korrespondenz 😊

Uns hat es bei Ginap ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Auf unserer Sardinienreise war dies definitiv die schönste Unterkunft, ein süßes, liebevoll gestaltetes, kleines Häuschen. Der Weg zum wunderschönen Strand war auch mit zwei kleinen Kindern gut machbar. Gina war unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend und hat stets unmittelbar auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Wir durften sogar die Schildkröten füttern, ein großes Highlight für die Kinder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere di persona Maria Lucia, che è stata però sempre molto gentile e veloce nel rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta le ponessi. Paolo, che mi ha accolto, è una persona meravigliosa, disponibile e pronto a darti tutte le informazioni sui servizi disponibili nei dintorni. La casa dove ho soggiornato è un piccolo gioiellino bohemien immerso in un giardino. Arredato in modo eclettico ed intelligente regala anche il piacere di avere un letto collocato nel patio, dove potersi rilassare nel tardo pomeriggio. Naturalmente la casa dispone di una camera da letto regolare, un piccolo cucinino, bagno, piccolo soggiorno con letto singolo e due meravigliose zone esterne. La zona è rurale ma molto tranquilla anche per chi decide di viaggiare da solo. A 5 min di macchina una spiaggia meravigliosa che ho avuto il piacere di godermi in un bellissimo weekend di giugno. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie di tutto Paolo e Maria Lucia, sopratutto per la piacevole energia.

Wir haben auf unserer Fahrradreise drei Tage bei Paola verbracht. Der persönliche Empfang war sehr nett und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Es gab leckeren Zitronenkuchen. Strandtücher und Sonnenschirme waren auch da. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in der Innenstadt und am Strand. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Urlaub und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch der Kontakt mit Nicola war sehr nett und freundlich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. We had a great stay at one off Monica’s residencies. Attentive host. It feels very private with the closed gate and the apartments surrounding the swimming pool area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was great. Everything you need and more is there. Also a very nice shower (a lot of water comes out so we put it half way). Furthermore Marco and his wife from the mini market were super kind to us. The location is great as you can visit many beautiful places in under half an hour. Highly recommend.

Maurizio was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam met tips voor bijv restaurant . Het complex is zeer privé, slechts 2 appartementen en rustig. Zwembad is brand new. Appartement is voldoende uitgerust en schoon. Ook zeker een aanrader om bijv met 2 gezinnen beide appartementen te boeken.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

This house is great. The view is amazing and, as an end unit in a complex, it feels very expansive. The pool is lovely and needed for those hot afternoons. All the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The rental staff is very helpful and attentive should any problems occur. We really enjoyed our time here!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!
