Goncourt42 is a secret apartment in the heart of the passage where Marc Bernard, 1942 Goncourt Prize winner, lived. The apartment revolves around a terrace that opens onto a wooded courtyard, lulled by the bells of St-Castor and the murmur of conversations from a small restaurant. We decorated it in the image of our passions. The bathroom and the state-of-the-art kitchen are combined with antique objects. Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator - narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to shine in the city center on a very nice square. Monuments and shops 2 minutes walk. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in the living room). Bed linen and towels provided, as well as basic kitchen items. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the building and will be available if needed.

Everything is equipped so you can have a stay without cluttering yourself: Plates, cutlery, bath towels, etc. It has a washing machine, microwave oven, and Nespresso at your disposal.

The house is located on a square, in a quiet and peaceful area in Caissargues, a village very close to Nîmes and the country golf club. A large bedroom with plenty of storage, a fully equipped kitchen, will allow you with a separate entrance, to be completely autonomous. You can also enjoy a garden with rose bushes, fruit trees, and an olive tree under which you can sit and relax. This place is perfect for couples.
