Nice stay, as described. You can tell effort and thought has been put into the property's presentation and the guest experience. Staff very nice, pool looked lovely and nice music playing in the room on arrival was very welcoming. Basic bathroom, basic kitchen equipment but adequate. Salt&pepper sachets and a generous amount of milk are provided and breakfast is available daily. The only drawback was the difficulty i had getting my heavy suitcase up the external flight of stairs, getting it down in the morning even harder. Others with disabilities consider asking for a ground floor room or if assistance is available. Would stay again.

We loved this apartment and the Resort it is in, so much to do there. Had a great 3 days there with our toddler. The apartment very well furnished and equipped with everything you need and Super comfortable. Palm Cove is amazing, loved just walking outside the resort to beach, shops and another amazing restaurant every day. Only regret we didn’t stay longer!

Sharyon’s place is so beautiful and clean, it is in such a good location and the pool was so nice! Easy communication and check in 😌 loved our stay

Loved being close to everything in Cairns city. Everything was walking distance, so many great cafes, restaurants and things to do close by. Harry's apartment is just perfect for two, has everything you need for a great visit and a comfy bed too.

Perfect location right in the middle of the esplanade. Great cafe right out the front. Room was larger than expected with a couch as well which was a pleasant surprise.

A lovely spacious apartment within an attractive, well located complex. Great location for the Botanic Gardens and town. Would highly recommend.

It was a very good hotel with a reasonable price. We weren't able to use it, but there is also a pool and you can eat breakfast at $10. I forgot the card key in the room around 6:30 in the morning, but the kitchen staff handled it kindly. One of the hard things was that there was no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs.However, overall, it was clean and a pleasant stay.

We were only in Cairns for a couple nights. Late checkin was perfect. The front desk attendants were so accommodating. They helped with a copy I needed, change for wash and ice cube trays. The location was very walkable to everywhere we needed to go.

The unit is clean, neat, tidy and spacious. Access to the second floor was by lift with a secure underground car park and secure access to the grounds. A lovely Thai restaurant is in the grounds and a general store and alcohol available.

Great communication before arriving. Really helpful staff allowed me to bring bag before check in and pointed me in the direction for my stay! Definitely recommend👍🏻
