This place was great! The location is very good at the harbour. The apartment is duper clean and well equipped with everything you need. Check-in was super easy and the host would always reply within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place! 😊

Simple apartment in a part of town that was within walking distance of many attractions. We enjoyed the pool after a day of hiking. We felt it was a good value.

Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. Would definitely book this accommodation again. A few things to note - it's located towards the back of the property, so a short walk from the car park. It's on the second floor, so luggage needs to be carried up stairs. The resort has no restaurant or hot food, so book restaurants, especially on a Fri or Sat night, or plan to cook. There is no balcony, but 2 drying racks provided for hanging pool towels and costumes. All of these aren't major obstacles, but handy to know.

Gregory was incredibly helpful. We changed our plans a couple of times and he communicated very quickly to assure us that the changes could be accomodated. Each time with a smile. The apartment was well laid out, and well equipt with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the showers were good, and the black out blinds effective. Having a variety of seated areas was very pleasant. There was some noise from the hostel behind the apartment block, and please be aware the secure garage has a height barrier. We enjoyed our stay at Greg's and would happily stay there again.

Thomas is an excellent host. He always respond to issues very quickly. The 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Mango Lagoon Resort provides a great holiday environment and good facilities, more importantly, with good value for money. It's an ideal place for relaxing and entertaining.

The room was very clean and tidy.The response was very quick and responded quickly, such as dropping off luggage and delivering towels.When I was taken to the airport, I forgot my hat in the car, but I flew the car before I left the plane and came to deliver the hat.I would love to come back to Cairns to see Daniel.

Very spacious apartment on well-kept gated resort complex with pools. Few minutes drive to city centre and harbour. Slightly dated but well-equipped with dishwasher, large washing machine, large fridge freezer and tumble dryer. Underground car park - car hire in Cairns is very cheap and we were glad we had one as the temperature and humidity made walking unpleasant. Fortunately the air conditioning in the apartment worked well. Excellent value.

A sprawling home with great views. Kitchen was fabulous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were top notch. The patio area had comfortable seating. Even though the place is a part of a small group of apartments, it felt totally private. Covered car park was a bonus. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. One reaches the place through two flights of narrow stairs. It may be difficult to carry large luggage or if you have mobility issues. Otherwise this is a dream vacation home

This is an awesome place to stay in Cairns! It is close to the airport and only a couple minute walk to the boardwalk, aquarium, and restaurant strip! We would absolutely stay here again, it felt so safe! There is also a grocery store near by that we were able to get lots of things at! I will say if you rely on WIFI (which we didn’t - we came for the reef) then I would make sure you have a back up plan as it’s very spotty. I know most people on holiday don’t care about that but just in case you’re working remotely or something. Again, no issue for us as we were out all day and passed out when we got back. Bed is super comfortable we slept like a rock every night! Andrea was super responsive and let us check in early as well! Honestly a great experience and if I ever get back I will be rebooking! Ps go to the little Chinese place down the road it was to die for!

Absolutely loved staying here. Quite peaceful with beautiful surroundings. You can hear the waves with the beach being just one street away, with the local bars, restaurants and shops. Private garage underneath and a big balcony with seating and a dining area, felt like paradise! Fantastic host. Loved it.

I loved staying at this apartment. It was absolutely perfect for what I needed, big kitchen, living and dining area which was great as I was here for a longer time period. The apartment is right on the esplanade, walkable to the city centre and close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Would highly recommend this apartment! Marc was also really responsive and friendly whenever I contacted him.

What a stay! We stayed for 5 nights over New Year’s, ringing in 2025 in style! The place was absolutely stunning, with serene mountain views from the balcony and a tranquil tropical resort setting. We loved having 4 pools to choose from—it felt like paradise! The accommodation was immaculately decorated and thoughtfully stocked with all the provisions we could need. Julie was incredibly helpful from start to finish, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. She even graciously offered us a late check-out on departure day since our flight was in the evening, which made all the difference. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended!

Carmen’s place was lovely and clean, open and relaxing. It was more than big enough to fit 3 adults and 2 teenage children. The location is right on the beach and close to many restaurants, very easy walk. Was great to have 2 bathrooms upstairs. Beds were very comfortable and lots of spare towels, even beach towels as well which come in very handy. Carmen was very friendly and kept in contact during our stay. Clear instructions were given and response time was very quick. Didn’t have any problems at all. Many thanks Carmen, would definitely recommend!

Amazing place to stay, will be coming back here again

Place was great! Clean, comfy, and in a beautiful beach town. The access to the pool (with swim up bar) was clutch and convenient to have parking! 10/10 stay! Would easily have stayed again if time allowed - we did 1 night.

We traveled to Cairns for a family vacation! Christine’s place was top notch in terms of location and surroundings with very happening cafes & restaurants just around the corner. Moreover, we spent 2 days just enjoying the property with great ocean views and coffee ! Pool & tennis lawn added more entertainment! This relaxed city & the property has given our family a core travel memory! Highly recommend this property a great family vacation living experience !

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. It felt very homely. Well situated in lovely landscaped apartment block. Very easy access to the pool and bbq. Bernard was very prompt with all communication and instructions. I would highly recommend this Air bnb. Will definitely be back.
