Adorable 2 rooms, quiet, bright terrace

This large two-room, completely renovated, 60 m2 in absolute calm offers an ideal relaxing stay. Private terrace of 100 m2. The Property is located on the ground floor of my dwelling house. For nature lovers located in the middle of greenery and close to all amenities (NICE airport, Cap 3000 and Polygon shopping centers, trade, beaches of Cagnes sur Mer ) ideal for relaxation. Dogs are welcome, as long as they do not stay alone in the apartment.

Julia responds quickly to questions with clear answers. She was very helpful when we locked ourselves out and quickly arranged a spare set of keys. The apartment has recently been renovated and is comfortably furnished, with a decent sofa bed. Beautiful sea view. We only found the road busier than expected. The parking space on a closed area behind the building was a real plus for our car with bicycles.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The garden and pool are beautiful and the perfect place to relax for a few days. Céline ensures you have your privacy and was easy to reach and quick to respond. We used uber to reach the village and that worked fine for us on our short stay. I really recommend this apartment to anyone!

This place is just across the street from the Mediterranean sea. Stunning view! Great location on the main beach strand. Lots of good food close by. Check-in was smooth and easy. Eugenie communicated well. Highly recommended!

Nexflix on tv, air conditioning in each room to be modulated according to preferences. Roberto remains active and available by message for any suggestions or help! We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful Apartment Neuf Clim Mer

This was such a lovely bnb! It’s close to so many restaurants, a street market that happens twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday until 12:30), several grocery store and cafes, etc. It’s also a minute walk to the beach and promenade. For going to Nice, Antibe or Cannes, the train is a 9 minute walk from the apartment and very easy to get to. I also like that the building has controlled access and a lift. As a solo female traveler, extra security is always a plus, I always felt very safe. The apartment itself is clean and cozy with lots of natural light and all the amenities you need. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. Thank you Kerstin and Anna, both of whom were so easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay! Christian gave us a warm welcome and took the time to show us everything in the apartment. The place was very clean and fully equipped – especially the kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, everything was perfect, and we felt very comfortable. We’d be happy to come back and can highly recommend this place!
