Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

Alexandra was very proactive and responsive in communications and made sure everything was good for my family who was visiting. We enjoyed our stay so much and we plan to visit again! Thank you very much for everything!

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

We were able to spend a wonderful week with Phil and his family. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and from the beginning we felt that we were in the best hands. Phil was always there for us, answered our questions immediately and provided us with great tips. At the same time, he gave us all privacy, which made the stay particularly pleasant. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and high quality and offers everything you could ever want. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The garden and pool offer, thanks to the fantastic location, a beautiful view that we very much enjoyed. We felt incredibly comfortable in this idyllic environment and can only warmly recommend the stay!

The accommodation is really beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised because the photos do not do it justice because it is beautiful, the setting is relaxing and pleasant, there is no opposite and everything in the house allowed us to have a good time. Everything you need to cook and stay at home is there, which makes things a lot easier. I would 100% recommend and hope to return to this property to have another great time with my family. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

Helena was nice, honest and very communicative. House is big and clean, with all you needed and the pool was just perfect. So I would recommend visiting the house with friends and family.

My family and I stayed at this airbnb for about 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. There are gorgeous views from every room and plenty of space for a full family or group. Jesper was super responsive and helpful. It was very easy to get to the different little towns in the surrounding area and we would book here again in a heartbeat. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and would highly recommend booking here!

Picasso by the Sea was exactly as described. Beautiful, bright, clean with a very well appointed kitchen and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The location was perfect, a few steps from the Market and many very good restaurants. Our host provided very clear instructions on how to access the house and responded very quickly to our queries. Loved it !

We had planned a 4-5 day trip to the Nice, Eze, Menton region. We preferred this location especially because of the parking facilities and the average distance to every location we plan to travel to. Laurent is a very polite, caring host who responds to all your questions very quickly. The house was quite clean and the furniture was of a quality that would provide our comfort during our stay. It may be useful to improve the double bed a little more in the future. We admired the sounds of birds on the veranda of the house and especially the silence in the evenings. We bought a replacement cartridge for the cartridges in the coffee machine, but I think we bought it for the wrong machine :( We didn't have the opportunity to change it again because we checked out. Laurent is a wonderful host and the house offers a wonderful guest experience. This is a place we will definitely want to stay again on our next visits to this region.

This place deserves more than 5 Stars - honestly. Anne-Marie & Nigel offer an incredibly private pearl of a location. They are extremely discreet, welcoming, friendly, and have been the best hosts ever - we would love them to be our next door neighbors at home. Their place is perfect to relax, with gorgeous views from the pool, and everything you need (pans, towels, washing machine, etc.) is there. We will come back for sure and would have stayed if we could. Anne-Marie, Nigel, see you soon! ps.: ask Nigel about sailing. You will love listening to his story!!! But obviously: if you prefer privacy, they will be the most discreet. It would just be a waste to not speak with them :-)

This place is a gem, in an excellent location of the village of Haut de Cagnes and convenient for the restaurants of the village and walk down into the town of Cagnes where buses and trains are in abundance. The free bus from Cagnes up to the village is regular and reliable. The apartment lacked nothing, everything had been thought about attention to detail was the best I've experienced. Very spacious with lots of storage and gorgeous, large & luxurious bathroom. Host replied to my messages very quickly and was so helpful regarding the local area, transport and information on getting to the property.

We just spent a wonderful 4 nights at Daniela’s air bnb. Beautiful peaceful location, easy day trips to many places on the Côte d’Azur. Daniela has created a lovely environment to stay with a fully equipped home away from home. We appreciated the wine, juice and fruit left for us. She was so welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay. We thoroughly recommend this air bnb.

We had an amazing stay! My husband and I traveled with our two small kids (3.5 years old and almost 2) and the apartment was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody and space in the open kitchen/living/dining room to not feel cramped at all. The terrace balcony was a lovely feature too. The location is so easily walkable to everything, but off on a quiet side street. Aurelie was very responsive to any messages and incredibly helpful, offering her own suggestions and she even brought a small gift for each of our children that they loved. Highly recommend staying here!

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

A really lovely Villa, beautifully decorated and well thought out. Very spacious and airy with a lovely peaceful private garden and pool. The location was ideal for exploring this area, as only a 10-15 min walk to the many restaurants and bars in Juan Les Pins and the beach. And only a 30 min picturesque walk to beautiful old town Antibes with its' many little shops, bars and restaurants, and a lovely Artisan Market. There is also a very handy Supermarket just 5-10 mins from the villa that has everything you might need whilst staying. We visited Monaco, Nice, and Grasse all on the train from Juan Les Pins which was easy to do and a very pretty ride along the coast. Grasse was a very quaint historic little town, and so pretty with all the flowers, markets and hanging umbrella's in the streets. Overall we had a fantastic time, and Nathalie couldn't have been more helpful and friendly showing us round and wishing us well when we left. A superb break with wonderful hosts. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The property is spacious, peaceful, and truly relaxing, a perfect getaway that still feels like home away from home. It’s also in a great location, very close to everything you might need: a supermarket, flower shop, a lovely bakery, and more. A huge thank you to Jonas, our amazing host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And a very special mention to Arlene, the villa’s charming and attentive caretaker. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to assist with a warm smile. My kids and I had a great unforgettable stay! We will definitely come back!!

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Beautiful pool and garden, nice private place, very clean and Sandra is lovely, very friendly, helpful. I did have a bit of trouble finding the place because my Google maps took me down the end of the road, so that's something to be aware of.

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. A successful stay at Jeremy's beautiful home. A very responsive host when we had a little problem with the gate, and very accommodating when it came to our late arrival time! quality bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, and the major asset, the very pleasant outdoors!
