Beachfront holiday rental in Cagliari

Wiir haben die Zeit in Marcos Haus sehr genossen. Alles entsprach den Bildern und Informationen in der Anzeige. Die Hinweise von Marco waren sehr hilfreich für uns. Das Marco uns dann noch zum Flughafen gefahren hat, war einfach sensationell. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Haus, zwei Blocks vom Strand. Von allen Zimmern kommt man auf Terrassen. Der Bus direkt am Strand fährt alle 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Heizung in allen Räumen, wir waren im April da, da ist das schon gut. Gute Ausstattung, alles da. Einige alte Pfannen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Supermarkt fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein paar schöne Stühle im Garten wären noch toll. Und vielen Dank an Daniela für die super Betreuung beim Ein- und Auschecken und die vielen Tips.

Francesca a été réactive et nous a donné des instructions claires pour prendre possession des lieux et même une entrée anticipée. La situation de l'appartement à deux pas de la plage de Poetto est parfaite, et la grande terrasse est un réel atout.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

La posizione é davvero splendida, la casa é ben organizzata. Da tenere presente che 2 delle 3 camere non hanno finestra. La casa é provvista di tutto quanto possa essere necessario e anche di più. Ho davvero gradito il mio soggiorno.

From the very beginning, Mario made us feel like we were coming to visit him. He is perhaps the best host we have ever had. The kitchen and fridge were so well stocked that we were able to spend the first day and have snacks and wine and food and not have to look for anything. If you can find a week open for this property, you should book it. Thank you, Maria for making us stay so pleasant.

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Ich war zufrieden mit dem Haus und mit dem Eigentümer , es gab nur einen negativen Punkt dass er nur italienisch konnte. Ich konnte mich leider nicht mit ihm verständigen ausser über die übersetzten Nachrichten bei airnbnb. Den Strom mussten wir cash bezahlen beim check out was ich persönlich nicht gut fand.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Pier e Pilar sono stati host eccezionali. Gentili, prodighi di consigli e pronti ad accogliere le richieste legate alle esigenze del nostro piccolo di 10 mesi. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione ed è in una zona tranquilla e arieggiata. La spiaggia più bella di Chia è a meno di 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa. Ottima anche l’accoglienza e l’assistenza in loco di Patrizia. Cortesia e gentilezza qui sono di casa.

Abbiamo trascorso qui 15 giorni di vacanza a agosto. Eravamo 3 coppie di amici in vacanza senza figlie. La casa è proprio come nelle foto. Molto accogliente. Risolto un piccolo doppio problemino in fase di check in (con gli asciumani in dotazione a ogni ospite), tutto è filato liscio e alla perfezione. Posizione meravigliosa con vista mare e comodissimo accesso diretto alle stupende calette di Porto Sa Ruxi. Sfruttatissima la doccia esterna in giardino vista mare! Sicuramente una casa e una location da consigliare! L’host si è rilevato preciso e puntuale e sempre pronto

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Alles super gewesen. Einfache Übergabe des Schlüssels. Große Räume, schönes Bad. Sehr schöne Veranda zum chillen. Einfache Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! Ich habe mich in Marcos Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer schönen Umgebung – perfekt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Der Strand ist in nur 3 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch das Internet war sehr gut. Marco war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Man merkt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Der Kontakt war von Anfang an angenehm und unkompliziert. Ein paar kleine Hinweise für zukünftige Gäste: Der Kühlschrank kann nachts etwas laut sein, und das Bett war etwas schmal, aber trotzdem bequem. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – herzlichen Dank, Marco! Ich kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Lara é stata sempre pronta nelle comunicazioni e ha dato utili consigli. La camera é situata in posizione favolosa rispetto alla meravigliosa passeggiata del Poetto e le sue spiagge. É anche vicina al parco delle saline e se non si avesse l’auto a disposizione ci sono fermate del bus a due passi.

Nous avons passé un excellent en Sardaigne . L’accueil de Christian a été chaleureux c’est un hôte très réactif ! Avant même notre arrivée nous avions reçu un message avec tous les bonnes adresses à proximité. Il a anticipé tous nos besoins, un service plus que parfait . Le logement était super, la bonne surprise était que nous ne pensions pas que la terrasse était aussi grande . Ce fut idéal pour profiter du beau temps . La vue est magnifique sur les flamand rose au loin ainsi que sur la mer . Nous pensions que la route serait peut être un peu bruyante mais pas du tout suffisamment loin pour être au calme et à la fois proche pour accéder aux grands axes rapidement. Le grand parking gratuit au pied de la résidence est un gros plus . Pour résumé je recommande fortement ce logement tout était parfait .

Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich toll. Der Strand selbst ist auch wunderschön! Enrico ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt! Es war ein toller Urlaub, den wir nicht vergessen werden.

Wir haben uns bei Sylvia und Roberto sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit gut ausgestattet. Wir haben den schönen Garten und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen und auch, dass der Strand innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar war. Ein idealer Ort um sich zu erholen und Ausflüge zu machen.

La casa si trova in una posizione stupenda. Si gode di una vista fenomenale che parte dalla spiaggia di Is Piscadeddus e arriva a coprire la spiaggia di Campulongu fino all'isola dei cavoli. In massimo 20 minuti si raggiungono tutte le spiagge più belle dell'area e, se non ci si vuole spostare in macchina, la piccola spiaggia con scogli a 3 minuti dalla casa è un piccolo paradiso di pace. Sabrina è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile.
