Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cagayan De Oro City

Had a bit of a challenge on our arrival but only because we arrived rather late. Mike was very responsive, including his Driver, Dodong. Both are very helpful and accommodating. The house is lovely. Rooms are huge, each with its own bath. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit the city.

Communication was seamless! The host ( Maam Sahlie) was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. She makes sure that we are comfortable in out stay especially to sleeping. Impressed by the attention to detail! Maam Sahlie stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I was amazed with her Honesty Store, everything you need like the basic need in the kitchen was there. Parking was an issue, because there is a neighbor there who claimed the parking spot for Maam Sahlie's place, I know its beyond her control. It is just not convenient that we park the car not in her are but overall, I love the place, so clean and organized. I will definitely book again in your place when we will visit again in CDO. Thank you Maam.

The place feels homey and very comforting. Although it's a studio unit, it is spacious and does not feel cramped at all. The bed is comfy—it's soft but not overly so, making it easy to move around. You can hear the loud music from the surrounding bars, but not to the extent that it becomes disruptive and bothersome, so you can still get a good night's rest. My favorite part of the place is the kitchen, which is complete with the basic necessities for cooking and of good quality too. If you prefer cooking your own meals, you'll feel at ease doing so. The host, Ms. Jezza, was very responsive and helpful. Body soap, shampoo, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid were also provided, which was very thoughtful. The location is also very convenient and easy to find. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting CDO. We would surely choose to stay here again in the future.

I’ve always been looking for a staycation spot that’s not just a place to sleep, but somewhere peaceful and truly restful — a place with a relaxing ambiance where you can really recharge. I’m so glad I chose Ms. Sheila’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Every corner had a calming touch, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making the place welcoming. After a long and tiring day from our event, my family and I were able to fully relax and enjoy some quiet time together. Ms. Sheila was also a great host — responsive, kind, and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you so much, Ms. Sheila, for providing such a wonderful space for us to rest and reconnect. We would definitely love to stay again!

Staying in at Pearl’s place was favorable for me since my school is in Liceo and I needed a place to stay for the meantime, so it was really near. The place could be really improved like addition of important gadgets like a microwave, putting some additional sheet or bed just incase. Then improve the pin for the door since the combination is very generic. Nevertheless, I think these factors can br adjusted and improved. So I will still say that I can visit her place again. Pearl is not easy to communicate here in the app too since she’s in Canada but she tries her best to meet halfway. Like communicating in the green app instead and compensating for the hassle. I respect her professionalism.

Anne’s place was our home for almost 2 weeks! I had the best stay in CDO, the host is very responsive and provided everything I could possibly need, very clean, great working wifi and A/C , the location is great, it’s very safe and walking distance to everything. I had the best value for my buck! I will definitely stay here again. And aside from the proximity to SM Mall which has tons of good restaurants , our favorite restaurant nearby is Fat Chef, Sharmaine’s for really good cake and H Proper for Coffee. And also wanna add Pueblo Business park’s The Social Food Club to hangout late night for some snacks and good coffee!

This unit is amazing and we love everything about it. The design is very modern while still very functional. The unit also gets plenty of light because all rooms have windows (even the bathroom, which is not available on other units we have been to in the same area). I asked if they have any blender available, which I didn’t expect - but it is available. I was informed by owner that they will try to provide basic amenities as much as they can (when there is a request from guests). Apart from complete kitchen amenities, they have inside slippers (rubber), hair dryer, iron/board, steam iron (although small size), laundry basket, and air purifier. We love that the place has plants because it adds to the relaxing and cozy vibe - even on the balcony. We are also surprised that the unit offers its own Netflix account. There is also a cable TV subscription. The bedroom can only allow 2 persons (3 if with a toddler). Our other companions have to use extra mattress laid out in the living room.

Overall it was 10/10! the booking, check in, & check out process was smooth and easy thanks to the owner who is very responsive.

The Airbnb was very good, has everything you need. Checking in and out was very easy and straightforward. The host also responded quickly and well to our questions. The area is great because there is a large shopping centre right next door.

I stayed for 2 months and had a wonderful experience. The place was simple but great, perfect for a comfortable and peaceful stay. There was a nice table I used for studying, and the balcony view was one of my favorite parts. It faced the amenities and the gym so I could easily check if anyone was working out before heading down myself. I could also hang my laundry on a drying rack on the balcony, which was really convenient. Overall, it was a well-thought-out space in a great location. Highly recommended!!!
