Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed for 4 days, there were 4 of us who went to an Engineering congress in the region, the accommodation comfortably accommodated the 4 people, having two nice rooms, with air conditioning working very well, a balcony that facilitated ventilation in the apartment and consequently the drying of clothes. In general, I rate the space as very positive, great value for money, well located a few meters from the beach, a few meters from the center of Tambaú, I would definitely come back again! Apart from that, the host was flexible about check-in, as well as responding quickly to messages sent!

About Luxor: Great location, close to restaurants, local shops, and of course, close to the beach. The building space is very good too, underground garage, game room, and the pool that is exceptional. About the Ap: Even a lot of space, bedrooms and room with air conditioning, it served 5 people very well. About the Host: Atenciosa since the first contact, note 10. The apartment is spacious, well ventilated and well equipped. Its location is excellent both for the region of the exuberant Barra do Gramame and, a few kilometers away, for the Farol do Cabo Branco, which is the main tourist spot in the city. So, have a good stay, as I did.

We spent a little over a month in the apartment and it was an excellent experience. We were 5 people and we were very comfortable. The apartment is as shown in the pictures: clean, well located, with equipped kitchen and air conditioning in the rooms. The location is ideal, very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. During our stay, whites were changed once a week, we had access to the parking lot without a problem and the front desk staff was always friendly. Check-in and check-out were flexible, which is very much appreciated. Deborah was an excellent host, always attentive and attentive to make sure everything was fine. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

Details such as fragrant towels, soaps and welcome treats made all the difference and showed the host's care for the guests. It was a very pleasant and welcoming experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the location: just steps from the beach, with the sound of the waves as your background music all day long. The house itself is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Three comfortable bedrooms gave everyone plenty of space, and the layout made it perfect for relaxing together while still having some privacy. The pool? Huge, sparkling clean, and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. We spent hours lounging, swimming, and just soaking in the peaceful vibe. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the host. Kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming — it felt less like renting a property and more like being invited into someone’s beachside paradise. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it showed.
