Beachfront holiday rental in Cabo Branco Beach

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

The apartment is great! Spacious, super ventilated and the kitchen had everything, we didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, really in front of the beach (which is wonderful) and super easy access to the other beaches of João Pessoa. Jonice was super nice and gave us several tips for tours and leisure options, in addition to responding super fast. I definitely want to come back and I really hope the apartment is available on a future opportunity.

Space exactly as described. Mr. Paulo very attentive, Jacilene, who received us very kind and kind, heed all our requests. They serve very tasty dishes, order the tapioca that is quite stuffed. The place is peaceful and pleasant. very close to the beach. We only had a little nuisance with a neighbor in the next flat that made a little noise and who became uncomfortable at bedtime. Everything else is very perfect.

The flat is very well located in Jardim Oceania, an area also known as Bessa, close to bakeries, restaurants and beaches. I didn't think the beach in front of the building was suitable for bathing (I didn't see anyone in the sea), we walked about 1km to the beach of Jardim Oceania and later was the part known as Caribessa. Unfortunately the tide was high when we went, which made it impossible for us to stay there. The flat is very well equipped with many household appliances, as well as being quite new. We managed to prepare our breakfast with great peace of mind. The Get One building resembles a hotel, with many flats for tourists. The pool area is excellent, but we miss a parasol. You can't stay out of the pool because there is practically no shade. Hosts are available and polite. Anyway, we recommend the flat for those who want to know the north coast of João Pessoa.

Your João's apartment is very reliable with the listing. Extremely clean, comfortable, with all the utensils needed for a short or long stay (in this case, mine). Very well located, a block from the beach, close to bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, that is, you can do everything on foot with a few steps. Detail: the best restaurants in the city are super close by. Mr. João was super attentive with us. When we arrived, we found a problem in the apartment (the hygienic showers were leaking, a natural thing of use and especially in a beach setting). Even on a Sunday, Mr. João was able to schedule maintenance for the morning of the following day, and as planned, everything was resolved quickly. He always contacted us to find out about our stay, if we were in need of anything. I strongly recommend Mr. João. Quiet building, no noises, 24h concierge, that is, all good for a very restful stay in JP!!!!

The hosting was wonderful! The house is beautiful, very well equipped, all new, according to the photos and description. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and organized. The location is wonderful, with nearby restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Suely is an excellent, flexible, helpful person, and above all, caring in every detail of the house and the messages sent. It was days, as a family, amazing.

This was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed !!! I entered the apartment and was already greeted with a quiet ambient sound by Alexa ! Arrasou! I'm completely in love with this city, I researched it a lot until I found the perfect Airbnb for a few days after staying in a hotel I always stay and was worth it! Tremble cleanliness and delicious Trousseau beach and bath towels! Brand new refrigerator, caprice in the bowls and dishes! I felt at home ! A swimming pool with a foot in the sand! The host Adelino always attentive and helpful at all times. It explained all the details of the building and the apartment, from the parking space to the existing grocery store in the building. A huge pool, easy and quick access to the beach and a restaurant next to the building. The very organized apartment, generous and pleasant space. We will return more often, see you soon. 👏🏻

wonderful location, sand foot and beautiful beach

The space in Puerto Ventura is great!! Nearby bars, restaurants, bakery and market. The view is and incredible!! Tours are one better than the other!! The apartment is cozy and well located. Just need some cleaning items like floor cloth and plate!! Fernanda respon super fast!! We had an unforgettable experience!!

Spectacular accommodation, the apartment is incredibly spacious and comfortable, and we were a large class, great kitchen, a lot of living area, very airy, not to mention that we had at our disposal, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, 3 parking spaces, and great location, without blemish. Very well located apartment, very good leisure area with heated pool, apartment with 2 bathrooms that was a differential in the stay. If it had air conditioning in the living room, it would be perfect, but the heat wasn't the worst this week with rain… parking garage helped a lot.
