The accommodation is as advertised, clean, spacious, well located. The structure of the place is wonderful, everything is very new, 24-hour reception. I recommend and would come back again!!

A much better place than you could imagine, excellent space, even for a family trip. Comfortable beds, lots of kitchen items to make your meals and snacks, if necessary, a safe place and close to excellent restaurants and tourist spots.

Flávia was very kind with flexibility at check in and checkout, always responded quickly. The apartment is wonderful, very cozy, well equipped and a very beautiful decoration, making us feel at home. Everything working perfectly and the beds very comfortable. The very good location, with many options of restaurants. I will definitely recommend it!

The stay at Co-House with Wanderley was excellent! The place is super clean, organized and exactly as in the photos of the listing, which starts off very well. Communication was quick and straightforward, and he was extremely receptive from the beginning. A special highlight was his care in preparing a document with several tips, useful information and suggestions for tourist places in João Pessoa, which is very helpful, especially for those who are getting to know the city. Wanderley was always available and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I'll definitely come back more often!

We had an excellent experience at Luis's Airbnb! The place is very cozy, clean and well equipped. One detail that made all the difference was the crib available for our baby — we felt really welcomed. Everything was thought out with great affection. I went on vacation with my wife, we liked the flat very much, all thinking in the smallest detail bed, pillows, bedding and blanket of the best quality. Lighting and air-conditioning all automated with Alexia that helps a lot of kkk. The building is new, the leisure area is top with an amazing view of the sea. There is a laundry on the ground floor ( paid part) Voltaria for sure, even more that will have breakfast served at the reception desk ( amount paid separately). The Host Bem Solicita and friendly, no complaints. I recommend it for sure. Super indico

My experience was excellent. The apartment fully meets expectations, extremely clean, well decorated and comfortable. The location is strategic, a few minutes from Cabo Branco beach, close to pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, and a gym. The hostess's service was impeccable, easy and welcoming. Definitely a place to come back to and recommend to friends!

Wonderful stay. All clean, brand new and organized. Everything worked. Full kitchen, high quality bed linens and bathrooms. Very well decorated and comfortable. I'll come back other times.

The Flat is very cozy, a quiet location, close to everything you need, it has everything we need around us and Darcylio is very helpful, he gave us all the right institutions, I will return more often!!!!

Ailton was super kind and helpful, before and during the stay. Apartment as in the photos, well-equipped and clean. Well ventilated, we don't even have to use air conditioning. Very good common area of the building, with a clean pool, gym, game room. Excellent location, we did everything on foot or by Uber. Very close to Tambaú beach (one block away), bars, restaurants, fairs and craft shops, pharmacies and the Bomfim bakery (great option for breakfast). When I return, I will stay with Ailton again. I highly recommend it!

The host was polite, communicative and helpful throughout the necessary period. The apartment has rustic and simple decor, but it is practical and comfortable. My family and I only missed air conditioning in the living room, which would make this environment more pleasant on the hottest days and nights. The condominium, well located in a region with many buildings under construction and some shops and restaurants nearby, has an excellent leisure and swimming pool structure, including direct access to the beach, which has waters with a very pleasant temperature, and at low tide it is very shallow, excellent for children. Overall, the accommodation served us well, I recommend it.
