I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The instructions provided in the House Manual were clear and easy to follow, making it simple to use the amenities like the range hood, microwave, and hot-and-cold shower. The location was convenient, and the building had a peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated the host's strict observance of cleanliness and quiet hours, which ensured a pleasant experience for all guests. The Smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi were great additions for unwinding after a day of exploring. The swimming pool was an excellent amenity, though the additional fee and towel policy are worth noting for future visitors. Parking wasn't included, but the host communicated this upfront. Overall, the unit was a great choice for a short getaway, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Jeid’s Place! The house was spotless, well-organized, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly sets this place apart is the stunning overlooking view. It was absolutely breathtaking! Whether it was early morning coffee or relaxing in the evening, the view made every moment more special and peaceful. And also ate emma was so kind to us. The host is nice and accommodating, they allowed us to check in early. The only trivial concern i had was it smelled musty when we got inside..perhaps because there was a tenant before us and they weren’t able to clean thoroughly since we had to check in early. Overall, it’s relaxing and a great place to stay.

Great place to stay, very clean and spacious and a hotel type place. The host also is a very responsive person. A minimal problem we encounter is the parking area which don't have a designated for her guest. We need to ask a favor from the guard's and give some money for us to park. Hopefully, the host can settle the small problem with that matter. But over all, is a five star for me.

Overall it's a great place to stay because sought after places are within reach. It has a nice view of city lights and transportation is accessible. Definitely will come back here!

Nanay Cora is very welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself is squeaky clean and feels very homey. The mattress and linens were fresh and spotless, and the overall upkeep of the house was excellent. The water pressure is strong, and the heater works perfectly—great for winding down after a long day. The location is also a plus! It’s in a quiet subdivision, ideal for restful nights. Transportation is accessible, especially with GrabTaxi, and roadside parking was never a problem as the area isn’t busy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and comfortable place to stay with kind and responsive hosts. It’s our go-to place whenever my parents wish to come to Baguio ❤️

Highly recommended Airbnb ❤️ Our family had a wonderful time during our whole stay and this is the best airbnb we got so far in Baguio. We we're surprised as the rooms are even much better than what we saw from the pictures. It is homey, spacious, super clean, got fast wifi and we really love the fireplace. We checked in late due to the long travel from Manila but our hosts are very kind to let us adjust the checkout time. We will definitely go back.

That said, one important thing to note is that the unit is located on the 4th floor of the building with no elevator access. While this wasn't a problem for us, it might be challenging for families with senior citizens or those who have mobility concerns. Overall, it's a warm, clean, and welcoming place to stay. Just make sure to consider the stairs if you’re traveling with elderly loved ones.

Everything in it is top notch, from the body wash and shampoo, to the appliances and furniture, as in. Utensils, plates, pots, pans, towels, sheets, all great quality. 2. The house is surprisingly spacious. We were a group of 12 adults and we spent most of our time together on the ground floor and just retired to our rooms when it was time to sleep. Never did the house feel crowded. Just note that the flights of stairs would be challenging for senior companions to navigate. 3. The location is very safe and secure. 4. This property is much more impressive in person than in the photos. The photographs don't fully capture its beauty. 5. Joana and Arvin are superb hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we inquired about the property until after we checked out. In short, this property exceeded all expectations!

Crispin's place was great! The caretaker Rodel was fairly responsive, they were flexible with our Checkin/Out process. They were also pretty understanding with our initial booking issues at start and helped me through some technical issues while booking. It's best feature was the firepit since it was a great place to hang out for me and my friends. My cat babies also enjoyed since the living room and top bedroom ad scenic windows where they could explore and bird watch. It was also great that there weren't a lot of bits and bobs hung so it was pretty cat proof. Since the house is at the top of a hill, it can get pretty chilly and the fog comes down often. They have dehumidifiers so future guests should use them so things dry up. Kitchen is stocked with basic cookware so my husband and friends did some workaround with the pots and pans but they had sufficient diningware for a group of 6 people. This house was exactly what we wanted, a real house with “Old Baguio” feels. With working lights, hot water, clean and comfortable beds, tasteful furnishings with views to die for and fog rolling into the valley every afternoon. Because we like animals, we asked for the resident pets to be unleashed. The kids were so happy, they preferred to stay in the house rather than go anywhere. This is the best house we ever stayed at. I recommended it to my friends already. We will definitely come back.

I love the balcony. Good thing I found this listing! Session Road is easy to access from this location, just walking distance. Great location! I booked from the same tower before but that was just on the 2nd floor. This one's higher.

She was also proactive and hands-on in terms of the check-in—she gave heads up on what to do in case of any encountered issues. Overall, the place was complete, clean, and cozy! Had a great stay at Jlea's unit in Outlook Residences. The place was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. TV and kitchenware were all in good condition. Host was very responsive to all our questions and requests. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience staying at The Petal Pad! The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Baguio. Just a few steps outside and you’re already surrounded by restaurants, a drugstore, the Session Road, the cathedral, Burnham Park, and other popular spots. The convenience really made our trip so much easier. As for the unit itself, it’s a bit on the older side, with some signs of wear like minor paint scratches (not a big deal tho), a slightly discolored sofa, distinct smell and cabinets that felt a little fragile. Cleaner might also missed to thoroughly clean the kitchen cabinets. That said, given the affordable price, we weren’t really expecting much, and the excellent location definitely makes up for it. We also really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Alyssa. She was very responsive, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a pleasant stay! TOTALLY RECOMMENDABLE
