Holiday rentals with a patio in Baguio City

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The instructions provided in the House Manual were clear and easy to follow, making it simple to use the amenities like the range hood, microwave, and hot-and-cold shower. The location was convenient, and the building had a peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated the host's strict observance of cleanliness and quiet hours, which ensured a pleasant experience for all guests. The Smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi were great additions for unwinding after a day of exploring. The swimming pool was an excellent amenity, though the additional fee and towel policy are worth noting for future visitors. Parking wasn't included, but the host communicated this upfront. Overall, the unit was a great choice for a short getaway, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was SPOTLESS - couldn't find a single speck of dust anywhere 🤩. Host provided all the basic needs, from toiletries to kitchen essentials, making it feel like home 🏠. Location was easy to find, we didn’t had a problem with grab and foodpanda deliveries. The host was friendly and responsive 👏. Self check in was a convenient add on too. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in the city! 😊

We had an amazing stay at Jeid’s Place! The house was spotless, well-organized, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What truly sets this place apart is the stunning overlooking view. It was absolutely breathtaking! Whether it was early morning coffee or relaxing in the evening, the view made every moment more special and peaceful. And also ate emma was so kind to us. Thank you for letting us stay! ☺️

This place is awesome! Value for money indeed. Complete with everything we need. And even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. When I asked for a work desk and chair they immediately provided it. Our pets also had a good time because they have spacious garden areas where they could run around. Temperature is chilly, which we love. So close to Mirador Eco Park (walking distance) and downtown (short drive). They are generous with their supplies (toilet paper and kitchen, dishwashing, sponge, etc). They also provide free mineral water and has a hot and cold dispenser. The owner and staff were very courteous and reliable. Quick to answer our questions and address our requests. They also have laundry services, netflix, gaming console and the parking is spacious. We will definitely come back!

felt like home away from home. everything you need is there. quiet neighborhood, jeepney access, near the city, has a cafe beside, a complete sari sari store. it is really a complete set up of a home away from home. the place is clean, and a not really that tall of bldg which i feel safer.. thank you mam.. we will be back

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very accommodating—Mam Gian responds quickly and decisively, which made communication smooth and easy. Nanay Cora is very welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The place itself is squeaky clean and feels very homey. The mattress and linens were fresh and spotless, and the overall upkeep of the house was excellent. The water pressure is strong, and the heater works perfectly—great for winding down after a long day. The location is also a plus! It’s in a quiet subdivision, ideal for restful nights. Transportation is accessible, especially with GrabTaxi, and roadside parking was never a problem as the area isn’t busy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and comfortable place to stay with kind and responsive hosts. It’s our go-to place whenever my parents wish to come to Baguio ❤️

We had a good stay at Tony's place, we felt welcomed there. Host was always available whenever we had any concerns or questions. The place is clean and we had a nice time with the cold weather in Baguio. Just a few considerations: -The room was at the lower level, there is a flight of stairs going to and from. I have young kids so it wasn't a problem for me, but for seniors this might be an issue -Wifi signal not strong in the bedroom though host said it happens when it's foggy.

Crispin's place was great! The caretaker Rodel was fairly responsive, they were flexible with our Checkin/Out process. They were also pretty understanding with our initial booking issues at start and helped me through some technical issues while booking. It's best feature was the firepit since it was a great place to hang out for me and my friends. My cat babies also enjoyed since the living room and top bedroom ad scenic windows where they could explore and bird watch. It was also great that there weren't a lot of bits and bobs hung so it was pretty cat proof. Since the house is at the top of a hill, it can get pretty chilly and the fog comes down often. They have dehumidifiers so future guests should use them so things dry up. Kitchen is stocked with basic cookware so my husband and friends did some workaround with the pots and pans but they had sufficient diningware for a group of 6 people. Thanks Rodel and Crispin for making our stay comfortable!

My parents, brother & my parent’s friends truly had the best time. The place is huge and it’s big enough for them w/c is 11pax, all adults and the place senior & pwd friendly. They were able to maximize the kitchen since alot of them are cooks, they dined at the patio and sala were the perfect chill out spot which the seniors truly enjoyed. The place is pristine when they arrived. Miss Michelle is really accommodating and she answers to our every queries. The place is peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle so they appreciate the place very much. They were able to bond and rest comfortably since they all came from far places. We will surely refer it to our friends and family.

Everything was perfect from the host to the caretaker who was so friendly and hospitable. All the rooms were amazing, clean and luxury indeed. Very peaceful and very beautiful. Furnitures and appliances were outstanding , coffee maker, nutriblend, stove inside and outside, toaster, sandwichmaker, bonfire, swing, tv, billiards, toys, boardgames, internet (had a problem but was immediately fixed by them) and many more. We really enjoyed our whole stay, and we will definitely come back.

This house was exactly what we wanted, a real house with “Old Baguio” feels. With working lights, hot water, clean and comfortable beds, tasteful furnishings with views to die for and fog rolling into the valley every afternoon. Because we like animals, we asked for the resident pets to be unleashed. The kids were so happy, they preferred to stay in the house rather than go anywhere. This is the best house we ever stayed at. I recommended it to my friends already. We will definitely come back.

It's our 3rd time to stay in their airbnb & it's still as comfortable as it was before. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Homey, safe, near to major tourist areas, a great place to relax. Thanks for hosting us. We'll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bluebird Condo. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the thoughtfully prepared brochure that included check-in/out guidelines, nearby tourist spots, things to do, and recommended places to eat. The place was spotless and had all the essential and I especially loved that they provided comforters. They even had picnic mats, which we brought to Camp John Hay, and a variety of board games that my son enjoyed. The space is clearly well thought out, even including utensils for kids. The host also went above and beyond by preparing a blanket for my baby, knowing I was traveling with an infant. The attention to detail reminded me of the listings we've rented in Japan—simply perfect. We’ll definitely book this place again and recommend it to our friends and loved ones.

The apartment is absolutely stunning. It suited my partner and son too and we all really enjoyed ourselves. Hope to visit again sometime in the future :)

We had a great experience staying at The Petal Pad! The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of Baguio. Just a few steps outside and you’re already surrounded by restaurants, a drugstore, the Session Road, the cathedral, Burnham Park, and other popular spots. The convenience really made our trip so much easier. As for the unit itself, it’s a bit on the older side, with some signs of wear like minor paint scratches (not a big deal tho), a slightly discolored sofa, distinct smell and cabinets that felt a little fragile. Cleaner might also missed to thoroughly clean the kitchen cabinets. That said, given the affordable price, we weren’t really expecting much, and the excellent location definitely makes up for it. We also really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Alyssa. She was very responsive, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a pleasant stay! TOTALLY RECOMMENDABLE

Had and amazing stay, definitely worth it. As the place was very easy to find and super lapit lang sa mga tourist spot and resto na sikat. Plus they have a parking slot in the basement area and also very fast wifi since the area has poor service so i gladly recommend this place. Super bait din ng host and very responsive they even allowed us to check in earlier and accomodate us since we arrived earlier than our check in time. Definitely will come back to this place again.
