Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Baguio City

We have stayed in established hotels and wanted to try out vacation houses. And this place is very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Just the cozy design of the place is top notch and match to the Baguio feeling. The owners/staffs are very helpful and we can see that they care not just because it is their job, but since they genuinely want to make the stay worth it and linked towards the hospitality of the locals. My family was just very comfortable and happy during our stay. For sure we will stay here again next time we will be back in baguio. 100% RECOMMENDED if your plans is to unwind and have fun.

Crispin's place was great! The caretaker Rodel was fairly responsive, they were flexible with our Checkin/Out process. They were also pretty understanding with our initial booking issues at start and helped me through some technical issues while booking. It's best feature was the firepit since it was a great place to hang out for me and my friends. My cat babies also enjoyed since the living room and top bedroom ad scenic windows where they could explore and bird watch. It was also great that there weren't a lot of bits and bobs hung so it was pretty cat proof. Since the house is at the top of a hill, it can get pretty chilly and the fog comes down often. They have dehumidifiers so future guests should use them so things dry up. Kitchen is stocked with basic cookware so my husband and friends did some workaround with the pots and pans but they had sufficient diningware for a group of 6 people. Comfy, airy and bright (big windows), complete kitchen amenities, clean, and a homey atmosphere. Nearby walkable restaurants. It's beside a busy street so it could get noisy. Other than that, everything seems to be in the right place. I highly recommend this place!

Sir Marlon is very accommodating and easy to talk to. The place is great, peaceful and well-maintained. The only downside is the road leading to the area; if your car is lowered, it might be a bit challenging, though still manageable. Overall, we had a great experience staying at his place!

Sir John's place was very, very clean and very relaxing. The place is easy to find, and kitchen utensils and everything you need are here. Thanks to Kuya Aman because he's replying immediately and greeted us on our arrival. Though we asked Sir John if we could check in early, there was no response at all. But we arrived late, and it's okay. Overall, we had a great stay, and we'd definitely go back to his place.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay here again!

About our 3 days and 2 nights stay, the place smells so so good. As kuya opens the door for us the smell of the home was the first one we noticed then how tidy living room and kitchen is, up until to every rooms. Having CR on every floor is a small detail of the house but will be really appreciated. The soap and shampoo provided is not just your ordinary inclusions, even beat a 5-star hotel in providing a good scented soap and shampoo!

Kaykayo is beautiful place! I wish I would have booked it at least for 3 days instead of just one night to really enjoy the scenery. Big enough to accommodate a big family. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The villa is cute and stylish just like the pictures with everything you need! They even have board games like monopoly and cards. I suggest to add jenga and portable karaoke 🎤 coz we’re filipinos and loves to sing haha 😍 Overall our experience was great! My fam enjoyed our staycation! John's place exceeded our expectations in every way. It beautifully captures the charm of a traditional Filipino home, which made it the perfect retreat just minutes from the beach. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a relaxing ambience that instantly made us feel at home. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to most of the popular spots in San Juan, making it incredibly convenient. Both Johnny and Alisa were wonderful hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. One of the best BNBs I booked in Elyu. Feels right at home. Complete with cooking wares and they have ice maker + water dispenser. Area is spacious and very comfortable, even the bathrooms. Pool is a pop up - but within an enclosure and they clean it daily. Outdoor grill and tables are available if you want to just chill out during the night. For those bringing pets, place is very pet friendly. They even have this fluffy bed for your fur babies. One highlight of our stay is the pan de coco the caretaker left for us - the best!

Worth every penny! Me and my family loved staying here, neat, smells good, and we loved that Ate Roanne and Kuya are always there to assist us but give us privacy. We felt safe while having fun and relaxing! Totally recommend staying here!

The property is really beautiful, aesthetically designed. Very private location with a small dip pool that our kids really enjoyed. Complete kitchenwares. Each room has its own bathroom and toilet. A short walking distance to the beach. A Thai resto nearby, Sen Lek Thai La Union, should not be missed. JF is a very kind host, and so is the staff Jayson who took care of our needs.

The place was perfect for our big family—very spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. In fact, we didn’t even get to use all the rooms because each one already had multiple beds, which was more than enough for us. The admin was incredibly kind and accommodating. She allowed us an early check-in and a late checkout, which made our stay even more convenient. We also accidentally misplaced the keys at first, but she was so understanding and didn’t even ask us to pay for them—thankfully, we found them in the end! The caretakers were also great—very responsive and quick to assist, even just over text. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back next time. 😊

Good place to stay

Sorry for the late review. I’ve had a wonderful stay at Nina’s place and this is one of those trips where I feel like I’ve met an extended family in Baguio. Prior to checking in, I’ve encountered an incident (driving-related) and the entire Barangay helped me out. I’ve informed my airbnb hosts (Nina and Christian) about what happened and they offered more than enough assistance to get me through that day, they helped me with my stuff and I was able to finally rest. The bnb place is more than enough to accommodate 3 people. It has complete kitchen ameneties, it has also good lighting and a working range hood- just in case you wanted to cook something that has strong aroma. The bedroom has a cozy mattress and clean linens. The lavatory near the bathroom was my favorite (took a few selfies there). I’ve also enjoyed the hot shower. Thank you again to my wonderful hosts. I will never forget your kindness and the assistance during my stay. I’ll book again in the future.

It's our second time staying in this place and same as before, our stay was pleasant. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. The place was peaceful and offered a stunning view of both the sunrise and sunset. We'll surely book this place again. ☺️

We love the place! It felt like a home away from home. The spacious living room was our favorite. The rooms are all very spacious as well. The kitchen is complete. We used Kai’s place as the prep location for our wedding. The photographers were able to capture a lot of great shots and there was a lot of space for our hair and makeup artists. I’m still giving this listing 5 stars even though there was no internet during the majority of our stay. It was out of the host’s control and he compensated by giving us free drinking water and free late check-out. Our family enjoyed the bonfire as well. Overall, I’m so glad that I found Kai’s place. It was way better than staying in a hotel. The place is close enough that you can just walk to session road in less than 15mins. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The price is very reasonable. Will definitely go back and we will recommend Kai’s place to our friends.

Very accessible to most of the tourist destinations. Walking distance to restaurants and SM Baguio.

This house was exactly what we wanted, a real house with “Old Baguio” feels. With working lights, hot water, clean and comfortable beds, tasteful furnishings with views to die for and fog rolling into the valley every afternoon. Because we like animals, we asked for the resident pets to be unleashed. The kids were so happy, they preferred to stay in the house rather than go anywhere. This is the best house we ever stayed at. I recommended it to my friends already. We will definitely come back.
